They are always pretty helpful to me. Edit: once again they saved me from having to hire a plumber! I can show up not knowing the lingo or with a picture of what is wrong and they have always steered me in the right direction. Thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

When the big box retailers could NOT figure out the type of faucet stem for an old tub I needed - if I could find help that is... these guys figured it out in literally a few seconds. The stem is perfect fit, saved me a ton of aggravation.Thanks so much, I will be back!
