A little crowded and unorganized but the coffee is hot and flavorful. No need for sugar just cream, please. Parking lot is often a mess coming in and out in the mornings and afternoon bit only 4 min walk from my apt.. Coffee is good, processed foods, not so much.

The ladies at this establishment are rude and stubborn. She had misheard my drink and not only gave me trouble to remake it but when I it was remade they had barely mixed the drink! I go inside to complain and it’s mixed the way it should be….. shameful. The men here have never given me problems but the (older and ethnic) women are serpents.

Every order I get from this place is messed up some how. This morning I ordered a ever thing bagel toasted, w/ bacon egg and cheese. This what I received, when I got to work (picture attached) not toasted, 1 very small piece of bacon the eggs were hard as a rock! Wow, Dunkin Donuts is becoming a very big disappointment every day!

this is the only dunkin that i can trust to make my drink right!! i always get a butter pecan latte with 6 pumps of butter pecan flavor & an exrra turbo shot, and theyre the only ones who make it exactly right!! ♡

If you’re ordering on the app, beware with this location. They most likely won’t have it in stock and will not offer any substitutions (with in the same price that you paid for) or a refund. I ordered 2 large drinks on the Dunkin app $10 dollars worth, I walked in and did not see my order. I asked one of the associates if my order had gone through. A woman who was not the manager grabbed my slip and said “we don’t have large cups, you can get mediums today” so I asked her “will you be able to adjust the price then because I paid for large” she said “no, you can get mediums, come back tomorrow or we can cancel” so I asked if I would be refunded for the cancel and she said “no”. So they basically kept my $10 instead of offering me anything for their mistake. It’s called customer service. If I paid ahead of time for a product (that they have the ability to adjust on their menu that they don’t have available) they should have tried to make this right instead of telling me you get this or nothing (offer a donut or two to sub let the cost it’s really not that hard) . The woman was horrible and rude from the start. I called their corporate office to demand my refund and I gave them her name so hopefully she will be educated on how to customer service properly.

I've been coming to this location for about 8 years now. I've never had an issue with any workers there. They all treat me with respect. The manager always helps out and doesn't hide in the office. They never messed my order up. I'm not sure about the previous comments.
