“Fist time stepping foot into this bank….My experience here was great! I was referred here by a colleague, and I am so happy that I am now a freedom credit union customer! The service was great, and the people were knowledgeable and friendly! The process of opening an account for my business was seamless. It was a pleasure working with the associate who assisted me in opening my account.The parking lot is huge but neither is the establishment. The location is conveniently located right across the street from a huge lot with plenty of spaces.”

I personally have had a good experience every time. These negative posts are likely from large bank trolls trying to keep us from using credit unions. When the banks fail you will wish you were in a credit union. Mark my words”
“I have been banking with this Credit Union my wife and I for many many years. They are absolutely the best of the best. I have my direct deposits, our home equity line and other accounts with them. Their associates go above the beyond the call of duty to take care of you and your finances. I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated group of employees as of these folks at Navy Federal Credit Union here in Horsham, PA. If you are an active duty member of any of the Armed Forces or a retiree or dependent of I strongly suggest you checking out this financial institution. They have the best interest rates on loans, savings, credit cards and everything else! My wife and I would not bank anywhere else in the world other than Navy Federal. They have the best fraud department in the world as well, they are always watching over your everyday transactions, and believe me that is peace of mind. You can talk to a live person 24/7 365 days a year. If you meet the above qualifications for membership and are not a member of, I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.”

“Team at Horsham are very helpful, friendly and professional. Convenient location for in and out, though there is not a drive through. Automatic coin counter has no service fee for members. The covered ATM is available up front, which is also need service fee for members. Intrest rates, loan rates, and sevice fees are very competitive, better than most banks. My only issue is with the functionality of trumarks website, which has been an on going.”

My debit card didn't arrive in the alotted time frame, so I went to the credit union and one was created for me quickly, on the spot. Since opening my account, it's been nothing but blue skies. I've had no issues. I love their mobile app. I can take care of almost everything I need with it.I read the other reviews before posting this. While some reported bad experiences, I think it speaks volumes that the credit union posted a friendly response addressing each issue and offering to help rectify those issues.Personally, I couldn't be happier with Citadel Credit Union.”
