Not only is this store packed with magnificent items from jewelry to totes- the owner is amazingly kind, thoughtful, and helpful! The store staff is awesome as well! If you’ve never been to Artware you need to go! And if you have been to Artware you know exactly what I saying is true! I get compliments constantly when I wear a piece from Artware!

Nice selection, reasonable prices, very nice and knowledgeable employees. They don't try to over sell, they don't look down if you're just looking for something basic with sentimental meaning, that's inexpensive. The gift wrapping is very trendy and on the mark. It's a nice experience shopping at Artware.

My husband bought me a piece of what he thought was gold plated jewelry. No one told him differently. Within 5 days it was tarnished and brown. When I tried to exchange the item the staff was nasty and belittling. I was literally shocked that they refused to stand by their product and told me that since there was brass in the jewelry (a daft not previously shared) I should have sealed it in plastic every night. The fact that it turned BROWN in less than a week was of no concern to them.

The gentleman there was so helpful! He found the perfect gifts for the two people I was buying for. I can’t pick jewelry out:) He has a good eye. And the owner was so nice too! They have something for everyone!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of product from these people and I bought my friend a necklace in February as a birthday gift. She wore it a week, it broke. They repaired it. She wore it a day, it broke again. So I took it back and they sodered it AGAIN. It broke again. The third time they said they wouldn't charge me and they did. The fourth time I returned to have it fixed, they blew me off like I was garbage and put it in YET AGAIN to be sodered in the same place it keeps breaking. If I would have known they only treat you nice when you spend thousands of dollars on their, apparently, knock off jewelry then I never would have shopped there. Don't shop here if you want to be respected and treated fairly. NEVER AGAIN!

I absolutely love this store. Everyone who works there is so helpful & nice. Plus they have a shop cat named Pippa who is so adorable & will let you pet her all day. They have very unique stuff. There is something there for everyone. If you're looking for a different piece of jewelry for a special person I would highly recommend stopping in. Plus they have some jackets. Shirts. Odds & Ends. Just a great place & experience
