Terrible experience. The PD was wrong on my new glasses (my eyes were both pulling the opposite direction). I came back to see what the issue was. Spoke to the manager and he noticed the PD was off by 3 mm. I had my glasses re-made. They were still off! I went back and was hoping Lisa could help me. She and another guy would not take a closer look at my lenses! They did not measure the PD and seg height on my new lenses to figure out the issue. I patiently asked several times. We need to know the issue so that the lenses can be re-made AGAIN. They did not. They told me they can’t check my lenses in a roundabout way…after being there for about 25 minutes. I’ve never heard of an eyewear store not trying to figure out an issue with lenses that were still off.
I went to the visionworks in Montgomeryville. Night and day!!!! I was in shock! Donna spent a good amount of time with me, measuring the PD, and the seg height. It was off AGAIN (which I already knew). She used a microscope machine to confirm the rx, seg height and PD. That was what I wanted Abington to do! She wanted to figure out the issue and fix it. I ordered the same glasses that day - my lenses came out perfect!! If you want service, go to montgomeryville. I had to go back to Abington to return my original glasses. Lisa didn’t ask if there was anything she could do to figure out the issue. She didn’t ask details on why I was returning. Big surprise. Thanks Montgomeryville for fixing the Pd and seg height!

The front desk's one of the associates barely spekas the customers and it feels like me being there her coming. She seems to be very lazy and disrespectful. I've been coming there with my son for afew years and I switched to thos place recently as well, and this person that seems to be new, does not care about customers and their time. Before, I was rating this place 5/5 but now, I can barely give 2.
