My wife bought the Thumb Spica Splints on Friday August 11. That night she tried the splints. She received two right hands. It came with no boxes or receipts They will charge 3% using the credit card. it’s still in the bag they gave us. She can’t wear it Called left message after hours. Tom returned the call saying it is universal not refundable. I check the company catalog and it did show right and left hands. Not happy how they handled this.

The staff here was wonderful. They were really knowledgeable and made sure I got the right brace for my ulnar nerve. The brace came extremely quickly! One of the staff helped me to put it on and be sure I knew how to do it before I left. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I went to AMB for a cane and rolling walker. They are very nice people, helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman took the time to explain the features and how to use. I recommend them highly!

I hurt my knee in a Spartan Race this weekend and needed help finding a sports brace that fit my lifestyle and needs. The staff at AMB was amazing! They were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this place!

I used this company for the first time prior to spine surgery in December, having gotten fitted for a collar to wear post-surgery. Not only were they patient, accurate and helpful in answering my questions, but they were very, very nice and knowledgeable about their products. I have started ordering incontinence supplies from them; again, their customer service and concern for my needs have gone above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company for all your medical and surgical needs.

My Dr gave me a script for a knee brace. I was very pleased with all the helpful information and different braces they gave me to try on. When they didn't have what I wanted they said they could order the style I originally had...and I would have it the next business day. The service was wonderful and even checked bto see if my insurance would cover any of the cost. Very accommodating and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

I called in for a step stool with a handle at the last minute the day before my knee surgery because the one I ordered off of Amazon was defective and they were able to sell me one quickly (for a very reasonable price!!!) as I was in quite a jam.The staff was exceedingly compassionate and courteous as I had been having a rough couple days. They even put the stool together for me (without me even asking!) so that I could use it immediately and loaded it in my car for me.This store and the people that work there are phenomenal!!!!
