I had a defective vape and called 10 minutes after purchase-the girl working said “it’ll be fine, we don’t do refunds” so I asked to speak to the manager (because I essentially just wasted $30) and she didn’t come in for two more days. However- when I returned two days later and spoke with the manger she was AWESOME and promptly fixed the issue and replaced the defective vape. She’s super personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. SHE is the sole reason I will continue to come here and spend money!”
