“Review below: +++++ for Bankert's Garage (Chad and company) I was new to New Oxford and looking for a mechanic ..... I was given Bankerts name from a friend at work. Long story short-ish, Chad and crew repaired my car, timing belt and other things necessary. It was great to have a quiet and smooth running car. A few months later on my way to Virginia, my car broke down. It was taken to a mechanic in Virginia who said my timing belt broke. This had nothing to do with the work Bankerts did, it was a defective part that caused it to break. Not only did Bankerts accept responsibility to repair my car because it was still under warranty, Chad and his wife went above and beyond and drove to VA on a holiday weekend to pick up my car. There is a lot more to this story, and because a lot is mechanical I know I could not explain it all correctly. Chad (Bankert's) was honest, kind and thorough. I would highly recommend Bankerts Garage to anyone wanting and honest and trust worthy mechanic, who does great work! Thank you!!!!! -- looking for recommendations.”

“5 out of 5 stars!!!!! Brooks & Huff went out of their way to help us and keep my family safe. We were driving thru town and headed 3 hours north on vacation to the mountains when all of a sudden, we heard a clunking sound. A caliper bolt securing the caliper bracket had worked itself loose and a brake pad had slipped completely out of place, causing the caliper bracket to bounce off the rim. Making our brakes unsafe and dangerous. We googled local shops and after being turned away by two other garages, we called Brooks & Huff and they immediately said to come in and they would look at it. Their service was speedy and professional and being a female driving alone with several children, they made me feel safe and secure in driving my vehicle out of there. As a mother, wife, etc., I would recommend anyone to see them, they won't steer you wrong!”

“In the area visiting relatives. Needed emergency refill of insulin because I dropped the only vial I had on the hotel bath floor and it broke. Called a couple pharmacies before Sam's with no success. The assistant at Sam's was very patient and helpful. Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated.”

“I walked outside to see my tire flat on Tuesday, big piece of metal sticking right out of the side wall. Called the Hanover store and the young lady found the exact tire I needed. She told me that they’d do their best to have it put on my rim by the days end if I brought in the tire right away. This was around 2:00. I dropped of the tire around d 2:30 and they called at 4 saying it was done. The young lady that answered my call helped me from start to finish, down to knowing exactly who I was when I dropped off the tire. Impeccable customer service. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for new tires and I’m happy to say I’ve never been disappointed! You have a great team of professional, hard working, customer focused employees at the Hanover store, so few places left like this! I’ll be back…hopefully not too soon lol”
