Very friendly staff struggling with a horrid system. Expect long waits, not in lines, but as the tellers try and do anything outside of a deposit.

This is the only bank I know of in Oregon that opens at 10 am and closes at 4 pm. Talk about bankers hours how ridiculous. I would even give it one star.😣
