Jessica was an amazing trail boss. We had a beautiful and peaceful ride. The mountains and creeks were so nice to ride thru. I definitely recommend this place for a fun ride.

The road is gravel for about 6 miles to wedding venue. Good staff. Different place for a wedding.

We had a wonderful experience here! We did a trail ride with our kids, who are so anxious about everything this year during the pandemic. The couple of hours we spent with the horses was really therapeutic. Jessica was gentle and firm in her guidance of us (our kids in particular) which helped calm their first-timer nerves immensely. We did the groom and tack add-on which was a great way for the kids to warm up to the horses before getting on them, and was a more intimate experience with the horses. The horses were just lovely, the scenery absolutely beautiful (one of those times that makes us so grateful we live in the Pacific Northwest!) and we had a fantastic time. The kids are so proud of themselves too!

Hands down the best horseback riding experience ever! You can keep your beach rides, Jessica set us up to have a real lovely experience. Pushing the excitement level and challenge of what one would expect to the next level! Crossing the river and being deep in the Oregon's natural forested beauty, I cannot say enough good things about the ranch and the pride they take in their animals and the people that come to visit. Thank you very much for the opportunity to allow us to feel like we were real seasoned riders, and giving us time to connect with the horses and the nature that surrounds us. Cannot imagine how you could do it better? Family owned and operated for several generations, they have a wealth of knowledge about the land and its history.

They were nice at first but after we were only there a day and a half because my family and I were site seeing and had to go through empty camp spots to get around. They made us leave because we were in other camp spots . so if you like only being confined to just your assigned site then it would be great other wise do NOT go there. It's nothing like when I was younger. Rude owners.

Main lodge all closed up and was sold in 2008. Worked here in the 70's and 80's. Beautiful scenery. Just all but deserted now. Michells still live across the street and offer horseback riding.
