Everything was going great until our install date got pushed back a couple weeks due to staffing issues. Reached out to staff at 9:30 am on the new install date to get an ETA, only to find out they will not be here this week due to staffing, that they'll be here next week.
Update: Owner called, said they were behind due to staffing. Didn't have an answer for why staff hadn't called me to let me know. Promised to be on site next week to get it taken care of.

We’ve had a really bad experience with communication. We’ve been waiting for a month now, even more for windows to be installed. Wrong sizes were ordered so we had to wait longer. There has been 0 communication from them. Unless I reach out I never hear from them. They tell me they’ll come one day and won’t tell me that things have changed and they won’t be coming until I reach out. I’ve had to move my work schedule to accommodate to them. It’s been very frustrating, I do not recommend

Our remodel contractor referred us to Window Supply Company in Salem. What a great group of professionals at this company. Julian was awesome and answered all of our questions and Blaine was knowledgable and helped us with our selections of a great slider and Bay window.

WSC is definitely the easiest company I’ve worked with for all my window supply needs. Julian and his boys are very competent and they have a little something that most people don’t have, A BRAIN! I’d definitely work with them again.

Awesome local company. They ordered and installed a front door and it looks great. Had some issues when extreme heat set in but they sent Agafron to help and he fixed it in no time at all. Very friendly and professional service. They definitely have my business from here on out.

The crew communicated well when they arrived at our house, completed their work in the expected time, and did a great job cleaning up. We love our new windows and are grateful for the team at Window Supply Company for making it a smooth process.

Brandon was wonderful. We had a small repair on 2 windows and he came out and repaired our windows. He wouldn't even let me pay him. He was so responsive and had to make a return trip with parts. No charge? That never happens. Incredible customer service. Please use them for your window needs.
