10 stars for Dr. Frink and staff.Getting my first hearing aids in 2023 at Woodburn Hearing Center was made EASY by Dr. Frink and his staff. They made sure my insurance covered what I needed.Dr. Frinks Explanations on how the hearing aids worked were great. He took time to answer all my questions. I Did not feel rushed.Dr. Frink spent time adjusting my hearing aids volume and tone on his computer so that they were comfortable for me. I had been missing alot of sounds for a long time. And we had to gradually adjust it as it was just to loud and overwhelming at first.I came all the way from Oregon City. It's worth the drive. And some future adjustments can be done over the phone and his computer.I also liked that they offer FREE weekend CLASSES to help you understand and use the many aspects of hearing aids in different environments.It is my understanding that the classes are open to ANYONE needing to understand the working of THEIR hearing aids. Admitting that I needed hearing assistance was a huge step. But I received positive reassurance, kindness and respect from Dr Frink and his staff. My hesitation and questions were all resolved. Thank you so much.

Great place got my hearing aids paid for by OHP they worked very hard to make sure that happened very friendly service and staff was great highly recommend

Able to help people with their hearing. Able to get batteries there too
