I just want to share with branch management my experience with one one the bankers there. Her name is Maricela Gonzalez and she is exceptional. My Dad banked with her for a number of years and she always went out of her way to be kind to him. He passed away last week and Maricela turned what could have been a very difficult situation into a smooth and painless process and did it in a short amount of time as well. I hope management realizes what a valuable asset they have in her. If I lived here I wouldn’t bank anywhere else because of her.Lyman Butterfield

Very low quality in customer service, after waiting for more than half an hour they don't take the time to give you a reason. They are not with clients and you wait and wait until you ask them and they get angry or they tell you you have to wait!Terrible place to have my friendsOh really! I will look for another bank

Only 1 branch in woodburn be ready to wait in line for 20- 30 min in some cases more..I don't know why a big bank closet the second branch. Looks like they don't care much for customers only 2 bankers

Appalling! I'll have to change banks. They close early, we have to make appointments to talk to someone to open a new account and it turns out I went today and they have appointments full until Tuesday. Ah but to charge for everything if they are good. Besides, their cashier Deanna Rodriguez was very rude. Horrible place.

Bryan is a very kind gentleman. He took very good care during my mother’s visit . I highly recommend him as a personal banker / teller if you need any help. As well as him being bilingual is great !
