Overcharged I just canceled today internet service the bill was over 400 this month my payment are automatically so every regular payments is over a 100 and this time they scammed me so like I’m doing a payment car that’s ridiculous go to Xfinity we don’t really use internet a lot we are only two in house we just barely get home just for sleep ???so I guess I have to pay it !!

Astound was down nationwide. I called tech support, they kept telling me that the problem was on my end and that they were up, but reports nationwide by customers all said that Astound was down. Worst internet provider that I've ever had. So glad that xfinity is available in Silverton now!

great connection and service. however, i went from $70/mo, to $120/mo in just under a year and a half. never missed a payment, dont have any bundles, im ONLY paying for internet, and my bill increases every other month with no explanation. and i cant get a straight answer from customer service.

This cable and internet company is horrible!! Very unreliable service ( freezes often for long periods ), and the cost for cable must be highest in the industry by far!! Streaming is way to go….unless you have Wave Broadband Internet!!

I has a window for internet install between 12-4pm. No one showed up! I called eventually someone showed up at 7pm to install.Now a week or so later my internet stopped working, called to get some assistance, but a tech is needed. I was told someone would be here at 8am. No one showed up.. Again I called and was told someone marked the work order as complete. This has go to be a joke, now I’m not even sure if anyone is going to be showing up. We’ve been without internet for days!

They jack up the price to unaffordable, I used to pay only $39 now they’re sending me $118 bill and I don’t even use the internet at all ! This is a government conspiracy outlet to purge excess unnecessary overspending, I pray the ceo meets the reaper !

Wish 0 was an option. Can’t Blair them for being short staffed and scheduled out. But to wait a couple weeks just for them to come and tell you “sorry has to be divot you don’t have it installed it’ll take another 2 weeks at LEAST” I’m beyond frustrated and wished this was explained to me at the time of booking my appointment. I started college today and NEED Wi-Fi as I’m almost out of my hotspot. Witching those last two weeks I could have gone with someone else… not to mention… I was scheduled for 8am-12 drop in time and the tech didn’t show up till AFTeR 3:30. I never had an issue with Wave but this whole experience just ruined it for me.

Service is not great but for years is what we had in Woodburn, Once you cancel them and move to Comcast they are rude. On returning their out of date equipment I was missing the generic power cable worth $5. I got a bill from them over $150 past due... Clowns... also anyone that ask me I tell them go to Comcast.

We are beyond frustrated with Astound Broadband. We moved to a new apartment and the customer service said we will need a technician come in to install internet. They gave us an all day appointment and said that the technician would show up anywhere from 8am-8pm. We had to clear our entire day to make sure we would be available for the technician. They never called us and they never showed up. They set an appointment for the following day between 12-4. And the customer service rep told us he will make sure the technician will come. Again we cleared our scheduled and canceled plans to make sure we were available. My partner who is a nigh shift nurse had to lose sleep to be awake for the technician to be here. And once again they didn’t call and they didn’t show up. And to our surprise, Astound cancelled our appointment without notifying us. At this point this is just disrespectful and unacceptable. We need internet asap, and astound has been ghosting us and quite frankly just been very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don’t see us continuing business with them. And I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Since Astound took over Wave, service has been spotty and never seems to be an issue on there end.

Called on Thursday to switch back from Xfinity and had a service call at 10 am Friday Morning!! Glad to be back with Astound!

Just to pay a bill, I called 5 times, got hung up on and then I was put on hold for another 40 minutes. They are so hard to get a hold of. It's always hit or miss. They can be nice, but I feel like they make it so difficult to get one thing done.
