“AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went to the Woodburn Outlet Fossil store not really knowing what to expect. I had received a new Fossil watch (pure gold, very cool) and the little card in the cute tin box said "free engraving in store." So, I walked in and asked if they could engrave my watch? "YES!" they said. The engraving in store was limited to 1 line, 10 characters. And they engraved it right there!!!!! THEN, the awesome Fossil associate, Trent, asked me if I wanted him to size the watch to my wrist as well (it was a metal bracelet). I said that would be awesome! So he removed a couple of links for me, right there, put them in a little baggy for me and it fit PERFECT!! So, I walked out with an engraved watch AND it was perfectly sized for me. THANK YOU TRENT AND THANK YOU FOSSIL!!! I chose to engrave this on the back of my beautiful new Fossil watch = "BELIEVE"”

“I went to Books N Time specifically to find, author, Kris Lockard's books. Ms. Lockard's books are not available on Amazon. They are only available at select locations. The gal at Books N Time was extremely helpful. She indicated that she's been reading this authors books and really enjoys them. The author's books, so far, are written about settings in Oregon. There is also a book signing coming up shortly. I'm almost finished reading this book and love it. Books N Time has a large assortment of new and used books. They also buy your used books to re-sale. I haven't done this yet, but I will. I would highly recommend checking Books N Time out if you love to read!”
