The people that work at this office are hard workers! If I had to blame anyone at this location please blame the Post Master Lisa L. She frequently shorts her employees pay checks and mismanages the office on a daily basis.

Literally wouldn’t let me change my address had to come back when a different person was there and they helped me, seams like some people are willing to help and others are there to make it more difficult

I have only had positive experiences at this USPS! The employees are just so kind and patient and the service is always so quick!

Today I called about a package that had the wrong zip code on it.My sister had sent it from South Carolina, and instead of Carlton zip, She had put Woodburn's on it where we used to live.Ben was very kind, and found our package, and send it to us at Carlton post office.Everything was right except the zip, and should have been picked up in South Carolina.My sister was distraught that it would be lost, but Ben saved the day!It should be here in several days, but has to go through the Portland postal service first.I noticed some low reviews so I hope that things pick up for the folks who didn't consider this a good post office.It was outstanding when we lived there from nineteen seventy six until nineteen ninety four!

Very nice very helpful, but if you are old school you better plan to call the 503 area code number or you will be forced to do automated calling. You can get a person if you call the other number.

What does it take and how many times a customer needs to let the post office know that a parcel mailbox's keylock needs to be replaced for it to FINALLY happen?! I personally notified the post office 3 times and few of my neighbors have done it as well. Today, yet again my delivery was placed in the parcel mailbox with the keylock that doesn't open. Is there anyone in charge who reviews comments, customer's complaints and actually takes action? Please replace the keylock with one that actually opens, so me and my neighbors could get our packages out of the parcel mailbox!

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. You’d think that for a postal office, these people would be organized and would handle the mail of others like they would their own. My packages and important mail are constantly disregarded. I went in a few days ago, and dealt with the post master. Prior to coming in, I called twice to ask my questions instead of physically walking in to not waste my time, and the line kept ringing. Went in right after calling, and saw three employees standing around and gossiping. Noticing that they completely disregarded my calls as well. The postmaster was rude, and a little discriminatory. If I could give them a lower rate - I would.

Was supposed to get a package delivered, but it was put into the wrong mailbox. Called in, staff wasn’t really helpful. Didn’t get my package. Not the first time something like this has happened, this place has the worst costumer service.
