Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.

Tommy Bahama became a go to brand after my husband introduced me to their product. I found clothes that were flattering, fit well, and stylish with a classic relaxed style. Over the years, I realized that my closet had mostly Tommy Bahama dresses, tops, sweaters and full and half-slip sweatshirts. I have become a fan of the Tobago Bay Full-Zip Hoodie. When my husband and I travel, we often look for Tommy Bahama outlet stores and stop in to shop. Each is a bit different on what they have in stock and you can often find better deals than the mainline store. However, we have become regulars at the Woodburn Premium Outlets - Tommy Bahama store because of the store manager - Susan. If you ever watched Cheers - when everyone stops and yells "Norm!" That's our experience with Susan (and her team) who always great us with a warm welcome by name. She has taken the time to get to know us personally all based on shopping at her store over the years. She knows our styles, our sizes and what we do and don't have and will quickly point out new items she thinks I will especially like. Susan even took extra time to help us provide a friend with a "makeover wardrobe" experience when we had a friend come to town who had recently had a tragic loss of her child. She took the time to make her feel special as she tried on clothes, providing tips on how to put an outfit together and it was humbling to see our friend have some time to smile and just take a little time out for herself. She found a few outfits and felt beautiful in the clothes. How do I know - our friend not only shared her feelings, but in the upcoming weeks following her visit, she sent photos of herself in her new outfits - with a smile. I can't express how amazing to have this level of service and now a friendship with someone who truly cares about what she does and how Susan can make someone feel special when they enter into her store.

This is my go to brand. I have over 10 Tobago sweaters and I love the long sleeve Lux T-shirts. I know the brand inside and out. Overall, Tommy Bahama is a good brand if you are looking for clothes and women's swimsuits. Susan, the manager always makes us feel welcome. My experience with their sales team and guest services is always excellent. I returned a sweater to exchange for a different size and it was no issue. You have to do it within 30 days but that's not a problem for me. Typically, you will find a similar items to the mainline store at 40% off.

Staff continue to shame customers who do not wear masks even if they have a medical exemption. I entered the store and there were no customers, not even 1, and I was still shamed by a minimum wage employee. I will no longer support any business that allows their staff to shame those who do not wear a mask, and ignoring medical exceptions.

The Tommy Bahama staff is extremely helpful at this location. I get a personal experience every time. They do have a strict exchange policy but they tell every customer as they are rung up that they only do exchanges..as I personally witnessed.
