My experience working at Tillys in Woodburn premium outlets. I will be honest, this store needs better management, it has a lack of good leadership . There is no guidance when you need help. You are expected to know everything on your own without any training. The managers are not friendly, they put their friends and outside life first instead of customers and their job. And while working associates leave their phones in the back room and managers go through them for fun without consent, that is a violation of personal privacy and should not be allowed. As a warning for anyone who is wanting to apply just know you are going into a job without proper training and a lack of care for your personal space . And managers that are highly disrespectful .
