Why do you need to make an appointment and then they tell you it's going to be a 20 minute wait or longer.How about don't take walk-ins.

No wait time on a walk in, super friendly and talkative barber, and added product and extra trimming at no additional cost.

Absolutely don't go here. Terrible all around. Make an appointment they will have somebody during your time. Show them a picture of exactly what you want and they'll cut it inches shorter.
