Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.

Love this place! Very nice workers. I stopped by a few days ago, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the barista. I had ordered 1 drink and they thought I was asking for 2. I said only 1, but when I got to the window, I was given 2 drinks. I explained to them that I only ordered 1, and they told me I could keep it, and that I wouldn't have to pay for it. THAT indeed is great customer service! Also, I was not aware that I could get almond milk instead of regular milk! Lol ? lactose intolerant here!
