Rude and disrespectful employees

Wow. Wish I looked at these review before I came in. It’s a 45 min drive for me to get here. I went in looked at their ad signs that are “buy one get one dress/shirt/ skirt and get one 50%off” I pick my items, try them on and then go to the register to check out. I wait a bit for the employees to get off their phone and finish their conversation. Fine I can handle that. The employee then tells me that I need to get 2 full priced items , instead of the full priced and clearance item I had selected. She also said I can pick out 2 items from the clearance section since clearance is “buy one get 2 free” I go to select my other full priced item and 2 free clearance items and a different employee with a super negative attitude begins to ring me up. She then proceeds to tell me that the dress I had selected is not included in the “buy one get one 50% off” I point to the sign and say “but it says that on the sign” she shakes her head and says “oh yeah that ended yesterday. We need to take those signs down.” Then why aren’t you doing that instead of standing around and watching your phone? Even after this whole experience I still was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.. what really got me was that she didn’t take off the security tag on my shirt and I didn’t even realize until I got home . I will def not be driving back just to get this taken off.. and now that I think back. Im almost confident that it was done on purpose since I chose not to buy the dress after she said the sale is not valid as posted and she was annoyed. Will not be back.

I was inside the fitting room and this girl just opened the door with her keys and didn’t even knock first! I was topless and she didn’t even say sorry and i told her “you should have knock” and she says she did but she really did not! If she knocks i would have say something that someone is inside the room. She didn’t even say SORRY! Poor customer service such a rude employee! I was there around 2pm. The girl from morning was nice but i went back to try the other top around 2pm it was a different girl. Happened MAY 13,2024

Rude employee, they open your door without knocking when you’re in the fitting room, and they don’t feel sorry. Happened on May 13, 13:57.

Came in from noon to 1pm today and had a decent time until I checked out. The two girls at the register were too busy trash talking their manager and conspiring on how to get her fired that they left multiple tags on our items, btw the tags have ink in them, so we can’t even wear the clothes we spent over $100 on. They overcharged us by ringing up the same item multiple times and when I brought this to their attention they just stared at me and said they didn’t. Very frustrating experience and like I said, I don’t even get my moneys worth because I cannot wear a few of the items.

Pros: they exist at the Woodburn Outlet MallCons: no one was working. They were closed when I arrived at 6:30pm. Nothing on the door or website to say they are closed. I came back the next day way earlier snd they were still closed. It was pitch black.

I recently went shopping today (memorial day) with my daughter's, and we had a bad experience. We shopped all day and pacsun was our last stop. We entered the store and my daughter's were looking for some tops, there was a white girl working there who kept looking at us and we thought it was a bit weird but we left it alone.We were carrying a tote bag with us because we tend to use them and the state says that we can carry our own bags with us, we also do not like getting paper/plastic bags.She was attending the dressing room area but she came to where we were without saying anything. If there were a policy or sign where the store does not allow big bags, or backpacks we would have understood and I would have waited outside the store while my daughter's shopped and continued looking for clothes, but she did not say anything and continued to stare and keep close to us.After a couple of minutes, maybe 10-15 security came, she was talking to them and continued to look at us, we did not leave the store because we were shopping, and although it did not mean that they were targeting us, we felt that it was racist because although other people had bags she did not approach nor did she stare at them.We will not continue to shop here due to the fact that we felt uncomfortable. I hope for people to not feel like this while shopping or going out. Thank you.

So Im from washington and we went to this mall in oregon, I bought shoes from this place, but when I got back home I noticed that the security ink tag was still on it, and when i found a way to take it out. I noticed that they gave me both shoes that are only for the right foot, which makes me upset because first they didnt take out the tag and now both shoe are for the right.

Buy one get two free on clearance items. Most clearance items under $40 or less. Good deal as you can mix and match your 3 items.

Bad selection of clothing. Most things seemed like stuff you can wear in the summer. Hoodies were cute but cropped.. store seemed like a depressing atmosphere. Dark, and there’s a leak in the roof they had a bucket on the floor for. No one greeted me or asked if needed any help. Employees just stood at the register talking to each other. Their main things in there besides summer stuff were Land Rover clothing and play boy bunny. Pac sun just isn’t what it used to be. Oh and the playboy stuff is all excluded from the sale they were having.
