I want to write and send special thanks and recommendation to this store and its manager, Michael. He is a calm and kind soul. Not easy these days to come across someone cool like him.
My Oakley sunglasses' lenses started to peel. Oakley Warranty Department determined it is under warrantly and wanted to replace for me with more expensive, newer entire sunglasses, because Oakley Warranty Department doesn't have the exact replacement lenses for my model anymore.
I only wanted to get the replacement lenses for my old model. This would save Oakley shipping cost and overall costs too.
Oakley Warranty Department authorized me to get a replacement pair of lenses locally if a retail store still has it.
Michael informed that his store happened to have a replacement pair of lenses left that fit my model. Unlike the Portland store who refused to honor the Warrenty Department's instructions, Michael offered me the replacement lenses.
I have been a long term customer of Oakley (multiple snowboarding goggles over the past 22 years). Michael gave me the confidence to continue to be Oakley's customer in the future.

Normally don’t have an issue but now I’ve been lied to and I’m truly disappointed in the store. Bought a pair of glasses that they said were “custom” and would give us a great deal due to them being a returned custom. Later realized we got played and they are not “custom” found them on the Oakley website and for around the same price of their “deal”.

Went into the store today to find a solution for a replacement lens I purchased for my Half Jackets last year from the website (lens was a gift and I was past the return window). Several attempts to re-order a similar lens resulted in the same...one side didn't fit and it was a hassle to return. Oakley's phone support was useless and very frustrating and they wouldn't consider that a defective product could've been sent out, despite my photo evidence. The store manager (Elissa) and her associate provided excellent customer service and spent considerable time interchanging my lens with different frames and confirmed there was something wrong with the lens. They offered me a solution for the defective lens that was an upgrade for me and were happy to help, wanted to make sure I was taken care of. If you're looking for additional Oakley gear, skip the website and go to the store if you can, it's a much better experience and you'll know that you're good hands. They made my day today...thank you!

I’ve been wearing Oakley shades for two decades now and I really love the quality of it. The staff is very knowledgeable about the product. He was also very helpful and friendly. I’m gonna keep on wearing Oakley shades for the rest of my life and I’m gonna keep on coming back to this store.

Not all Oakley Vault stores are created equally. Well, I should say that not all experiences at Oakley Vault Stores are positive. Happy to say that our visit to this Oakley Vault store in Woodburn, Oregon was a positive experience!!My wife needed sunglasses, and we bought a couple of awesome pairs here. Prices were reasonable and the quality superb! Excellent Customer Service provided by the staff!! Clean and well merchandised store!No complaints! We will be back every time we are in this part of the country.
