Had a great experience with Dale at Nelson Financial this last year for our business and personal taxes. Dale is very knowledgeable about the tax law and how best to put everything together. I'm glad we changed from our old CPA we had for 20 years.

I called the place to ask for help and explained what i needed. Dale listened for a bit then cut me off and said no i wont help you because you are not keeping track of your records. The reason i was calling was to pay to get help. Seems they want people to be very organized so they don't do much work.

We enjoyed working with this tax preparing service. They were extremely friendly, and helpful in preparing our taxes. However, there were issue. They required hard copies of financial intuition membership in order to have it direct deposit for e-file. They also were not very forthwith on notifying us when they were completed. We had to call multiple times in order to find out. Overall, if you can get through those faults they are great people to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone needing taxes filed, but would cautions them if they need to do a ton of follow up work.

I've used Dale and Michael for several years and have always been very happy with their work!! They're very honest, always have time for me, and get things done fast. I recommend them often.
