This morning we got a flat tire and didn't have the tools to fix it ourselves, but luckily we were across from this location, and even though they were closed and only working on the cars in their shop, they were kind enough to take time out of their busy schedules to help with the tire!
We were already in a hurry and the flat tire didn't help, but thanks to the kind employees, we were able to make it to our destination on time!
We are grateful that they helped us!

Luis and Alfonso always take care of me when needed, great establishment. Customer service is top tier especially with Alejandra and Robert. Been here multiple times for repairs and car has been running great, I appreciate them a lot! Even helped me with small minor repairs on the side this last repair and always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Will always be bringing them my business when it comes to repairs with my car!

Have been coming to Mid-Valley for about 4 or 5 years now to service my 3 vehicles, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that not just my vehicle is taken care of, but myself as well. Alfonso has even gone the extra mile to cover cost that insurance wouldn't pay. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing experience! Customer Service was over the top! We had an accident and they took care of us and our vehicle from start to finish. Friendly, honest and always got back to us super fast. Alejandra and Luis are awesome! Highly recommend!!!

My brother recommended them to me. I lifted my truck and got bigger tires so I needed a proper alignment. I had taken it to another shop and they just couldn't get it alignment properly even after their third try. I called another shop and they didn't sound too customer friendly. After telling my brother, he told me to check Mid Valley since he only had great things to say about them. I walked in and had an appointment the following day. The whole time I was greeted by friendly staff and technician. I felt respected and heard. The price was great too! And they washed my truck for free! I will definitely be bringing future cars here. If you have a modified or lifted truck , this is the right place for an alignment!

Mid-Valley provides exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door to when they deliver your vehicle.
My mom was in a fender bender and because Mid-Valley has bilingual employees she was able to navigate getting her vehicle fixed alone. She raved how nice everyone was. Alex at the front desk coordinated her rental so it was ready when she dropped off her vehicle.
I recently had my vehicle have auto body work done as well and it was a pleasure working with Luis, Alex and Alfonso. They ensured my vehicle was back to how it was prior to the accident. Luis communicated with the insurance company and even asked if a car seat had been in the vehicle at the time of accident, something the insurance company hadn’t asked. I was able to get a replacement through my insurance. I highly recommended Mid-Valley Auto Body and Service Center.

I would 100% recommend Mid-Valley for your Car repairs. I got the chance to work with Luis Ibarra who was very communicative and explained very well to me what damages had been found and told me how long everything would take to repair. They are a very good company who don’t take shortcuts with your repairs and would go back with them for any car repairs needs!
