The price of the current product is not that cheap. I've never had a hit or miss with clearance shoes, but apparel can sometimes be good.

My go to place if I have a need for new trail shoes. Unfortunately I didn't find what I needed or actually I did but it was not the traditional Merrell wide toe box design. Actually it's been some time now that Merrell has been making their shoes more narrow...or perhaps focusing on the mass market... Which is a bummer for me as I have wide feet and their shoes use to fit me very well. I tried on the Vapor Glove trail shoe and it was so incredibly narrow I could not even put it on for the normal size I wear. Oh well...overall, great store but taking away one star as the prices are not quite as good as they used to be unless you buy one pair and get a second at 1/2 price and the fact that the shoes are generally narrower and doesn't work for me.

The staff here are ALWAYs so helpful and kind. They are also well staffed, at least 2 people on the floor at any given time, which means they have a cashier and someone to help find shoes.Their products are also top notch, I have been buying the Moab hiking shoe for 10 years now and no other shoe compares. They are comfortable from day 1.

I have owned Merrells for over 20 years and they are the most comfortable hiking shoes on the market, and I’ve tried a lot! Amazing customer service too! Fan for life.

We bought 6 pairs of shoes during our visit because we love the brand and the outlet does offer a significant selection. However, during the checkout the clerk while making sure all the shoes were the correct size and matched set put a wrong shoe in our box. I ended up with 2 right footed shoes in different sizes. We noticed after we were 2 hours away. When we called the store to resolve the problem the only resolution they offered was for us to turn around, or we could ship the shoes back at our cost. No offer to produce a shipping lable., no we'll get the correct shoe to you right now. Their mistake is my problem and I'm out the money no matter what.
