“This store's service is amazing! I could not find the items I was looking for anywhere on the quicksilver website. I had bought them a few weeks ago at this outlet and wanted more. I called and talked to Joe, who went above and beyond for me. He assisted with the purchase and shipping of my items, (which is uncommon of an outlet in my experience) and I received them the next day. That is who I would want representing my brand and store.”
“Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.”

“I am really satisfied with the shoes that I have purchased here a while back, and I would love to share my thanks with the specific employee, John. John greeted me in and helped me look for the most comfortable shoes that my big feet could handle and sure enough, he delivered my expectations because these shoes were what I need. John was also kind enough to hear my story and answer any questions that I had to ask and he wasn’t those kind of employees that you could tell would rush and hurry up or have this annoyance face on him, no no John was so patient with me and our conversation led to a sweet relationship that a customer and an employee should have. I’ll be sure to shop here again, and I’m sorry for the big mess I left behind.”

“I’d like to thank one of the sales associates, Ben. I tried to leave feedback on the sales feedback form via the website, but there was no place for comments??? Anyways:I came into the store with my three young children, who were feeling particularly feral. I needed shoes for everyone, so we tried on shoes and my kids ran amok. At one point, my youngest daughter destroyed a sock display at the entrance to one of the aisles. She had created a mountain of socks. I was horrified and tried to put them back, but Ben quickly came over and assured me it was Ok and that he didn’t mind putting it back together. He sat for probably 5-10 minutes with my two daughters, helping them reassemble the sock display. I was able to finish my shopping and my daughters were thrilled to help. They got “fist-bumps” when it was all picked up. Thanks so much, Ben, and Vans, for a great shopping experience.”

“I had to drop a quick note here. Strolled in this evening, first off, I'm a guy, a guy that hates shopping. There's not one thing I like about shopping. Unless it's for guns, motorcycles, or something like that. Shopping for clothes? I LOATHE! Like Grinch style loathe.I was already dreading having to go shopping. I needed some formal wear for a Military Ball this weekend. Yes this weekend, as in 3 days. Nothing like waiting until the last second right?My plan was to hit a few stores here, walk away disappointed and complain about it for a day and a half and then go back and get something I hated.I walked into the Calvin Klein store and after about 2 minutes of looking one of the store representatives asked if I needed help. Yes I do!Roberto was his name and he was awesome! I'm not kidding when I say that within 5 minutes, he had me hooked up with a suit jacket, shirt, pants and undershirts. It took me longer to get to this store than it did for me to try everything on and get checked out! Roberto was awesome, knew exactly where everything was, what sizes I needed and style I was looking for. Thank you Roberto! “I had to share my experience with this store because it seems like it has gotten a bad rap. This afternoon (2/9/2022) I visited the woodburn location to do an online return for some merchandise that didn’t work out. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales representative. The person was polite and professional and got me in and out super fast which I appreciated. I was coming from Salem so, I wanted to get back on the road before traffic picked up. The store itself had an nice layout and wasn’t super crowded. The sales representative was super nice my entire experience and the store appeared clean. The entire interaction went smoothly. And made my day more positive and productive. This location seemed to have some good merchandise just by glancing around. I could see myself shopping here in the future and, I recommend this location. As with anything during the pandemic it’s best to shop earlier in the day if you can. Bless it be.”

“I want to write and send special thanks and recommendation to this store and its manager, Michael. He is a calm and kind soul. Not easy these days to come across someone cool like him.
My Oakley sunglasses' lenses started to peel. Oakley Warranty Department determined it is under warrantly and wanted to replace for me with more expensive, newer entire sunglasses, because Oakley Warranty Department doesn't have the exact replacement lenses for my model anymore.
I only wanted to get the replacement lenses for my old model. This would save Oakley shipping cost and overall costs too.
Oakley Warranty Department authorized me to get a replacement pair of lenses locally if a retail store still has it.
Michael informed that his store happened to have a replacement pair of lenses left that fit my model. Unlike the Portland store who refused to honor the Warrenty Department's instructions, Michael offered me the replacement lenses.
I have been a long term customer of Oakley (multiple snowboarding goggles over the past 22 years). Michael gave me the confidence to continue to be Oakley's customer in the future.
