I gotta say, the luxury beauty store is absolutely fabulous! ?✨ I always have (mostly) amazing experiences there, from being able to smell new perfumes to getting expert beauty advice. The staff is super helpful and friendly, but I have to admit, i have been in this store on many occasions and an employee has “passed gas” loudly and carelessly on 3 separate occasions over the course of the last 6 months i have been shopping here. This has caught me off guard several times seeing that it is not a one time occasion and turned me away from the store before.

The only place i will but IT Cosmetics! So cheap and always on sale too. They don't have every color, but they have a large variety. I also love that they carry the large bottles and refills of Relic perfume! It's less than half the price it is at a store like Sephora or other retailers

Had a really bad experience when shopping at this store. They don’t have item display for you to try on or open the box to check before checking out. There are luxury items but no return or exchange when the items are defective. Checking-out item for customer only the lid inside the box, and no lipstick. I asked nicely to exchange or refund, but got refused and walked away helping another customer. Not recommend to shop here.

This place is never opened when they say they are. Yesterday I drove an hour+ to Woodburn because I heard from a friend this place had something I was looking for. But for the 3rd time in a row. This place was closed when they were supposedly “opened” online. Both last 2 time there was the “will be back shortly” sign on the door but no one ever came back. This time it was just closed and the lights were off. It would be nice if they would at least update if they’re opened or closed every day since going here is always frustratingly unpredictable.

After purchasing blush and lipstick I checked receipt and was charged $5.00 more than marked price for blush. Salesperson Ashley said product was mismarked which it clearly wasn’t. All sales are final is all she would do. If a product is in the 70% off area and is clearly marked I only have that to go by when making a purchase! I won’t be back!

Horrible customer service. Came in on time the doors were shot. I came in with my cup of coffee and girls were talking behind my back about how they hate when people come in with food or drinks. Employees were not helpful and extremely unprofessional!I give them one star because google won’t post 0 star review.
