The guys were very helpful. There was one new young gentleman trying really hard to find my parts. He wasn't able and had to get somebody who knew that department. But he had a very good attitude and aptitude for learning. I told him he'll be manager in a couple years if he keeps it up. Long brothers is well staffed with knowledgeable employees with good attitudes and nice inventory reasonably priced. It's only 17 minutes away from Silverton. Very convenient.

Purchased an air finish nail gun, the product was defective so we tried to exchange it and they would only give us 50% of the price in store credit. I believe this is not cool for a consumer. We will definitely not be coming back. All we needed was an exchange and they turned us down. Not a happy customer!!!

A great local place to get everything for either building new, remodeling, repairing, or adding on to your home shop business or land they have just about it all, short hours though, so no late night parts run, but they'll be open early for sure.

Staff are so helpful as soon as you walk in the door. Customer service is top knotch. If you have questions they are so willing to help. Plus they have a beauty/health wellness section in the back that is really neat. If you get a chance check them out even if just looking. Very fair priced.

They still tried to help me find what I was looking for, even though it was not available at their store. But then they recommended other places where I could possibly find the material. Good place to go for project stuff.
