If you are an Icebreaker fans, this is a nice store in Woodburn Premium Outlet. The lady served us is warm, friendly and informative. We ended up of buying 10 pieces in one single store!!

Exceptional service from the whole staff but especially from Toni the manager. She knows her products so offers excellent advice and works hard to find you what you want. We love the quality of Icebreaker products too

Amazing prices. I braved the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they had buy three items and get 50% off. Otherwise 25% off. Very nice staff. The downside it is maybe the smallest store in the whole outlet. That also means smaller selection. They had maybe 10 boxes of women's underwear and of course not the style I wanted. I did get two short sleeve shirts and a long sleeve sweater for $160 which is an amazing deal.

Icebreaker is the best store in the Woodburn Outlets. Along with North Face, they are one of the few stores that actually sells overstock and outlet merchandise, instead of cheap clothes made specifically for discount stores. They sell high-quality wool clothes here, so it's an excellent spot to buy base-layers and weather-resistant garments.

Extremely friendly staff! Really good selection, I love Icebreaker and they even have a lot of the "classics" like quarter zips, Siren bras/ panties, oasis tops and leggings, etc. Not a lot in plain black, but I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of shades of pink (both "mink" and "espresso" from last season, and some "grape" from this season)! Woot woot! I was there on a Saturday and they were running a sale where it's 30% off the entire store or if you buy more than 3 items everything is 50% off. You can look up the current sales on the Simon website for this outlet (get the app, it's really easy to see sales). If I lived near here, I'd definitely return (to the chagrin of my wallet lol)! Thanks!

A great place to get the quality clothing Icebreaker makes at an affordable price. Just be aware that if there is something you absolutely love, it won't make it to the outlet. The outlet carries the items from the stores that are being replaced by new inventory, so may not have certain sizes.

One of the highest quality stores in Woodburn. They offer really warm (wool) clothing that’s fashionable and easy to care for.

When I got to the Woodburn Factory Outlets I was pleased to see signs all over saying that that masks are required, as I was walking into the Icebreaker store I noticed a sign saying only 10 customers are allowed in at any one time. But when I got inside the store, I noticed one person not wearing a mask, turns out it was the manager. I wasn't super uncomfortable until she got way too close to see if I needed help finding anything. I probably would have stayed longer and bought more if she had been wearing a mask. I love the store and their prices.

As always, I love the quality and fit of the Icebreaker brand, but the outlet location also has the best service as well.This time, Alma helped me make an order over the phone. I live out of town and couldn’t make it up there for what I needed. She was so helpful and nice. It really made my day.Thanks again!

I come here about once a year when I drive through. Love their clothes. The sales people won’t leave me alone and the last 3 times I’ve visited I’ve just left because I’m tired of them hounding me
