Rude employees. Wasn’t offered once for help or even welcomed in the store. Employees were standing all around the registers talking

Seeing all the one star reviews it’s no surprise why this store was completely dead when all the other stores around it were busy and making money. I popped in to browse and the chubby dark haired girl working told me if I was just there to browse I should go to the Nike store next door. It’s a shame the companies allow this from their workers. I was hoping there would have been a Buckle in this mall since their quality is much better and their guest service is top notch.

Visited the outlets and had a great experience in all stores except this. I had previously been to the outlets and visited the Guess store in 2019. All I could remember was that the staff were very rude but since it was 4 years ago I thought I would try again. Unfortunately, it is still the same, we hadn't even got through the door before a very rude employee started to give us orders on what to do with our stroller. We just turned around and left. Reading through the comments it seems a pretty common occurrence, and nothing has been done to resolve it by Guess.

Service was poor the cashier had stated I need to see ID there had been several credit card thief’s to this store. I asked what he meant he said I need to make sure you aren’t a thief. I just shook my head and gave him my ID. This however was Very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Wow this store has the most unfriendly and lazy employees. They lock all the fitting rooms and if you ask to them something on they look at you like your crazy and tell you they don’t allow you to try in any clothes. Also if they don’t fit you can’t get a refund if they think you’ve tried it on. Huh? How the heck are you supposed to buy clothes or check if they fit without trying them on?The employees are just horrible.

I went to the store today because I was excited to try on a jacket that I saw through the window display. Upon entry, no welcome. Whatever, no problem. Three employees were on staff. No one offered to help find anything at all after I went around the store 4 times. Finally, I asked one of them to try and find that jacket. Her response was an adamant I don’t have it and I can’t grab that one for you. No other alternatives. After watching and listening for a minute, I noticed her addressing others in the same altive and authoritarian manner. Must be the manager. Still interested in the jacket, I asked if there was any other alternatives. She said “yes, buy it online.” Left it at that again. NO HELP! I had to press on until she unkindly bossed one of the guys to get the information and check. When he did, I said thank you and to please check the size on it. He came back, checked on the computer and said it was sold out online as well. He told me the size was a Medium. I said I’d buy it since it’s my size. He said he couldn’t. I asked the manager as well. She shut me down quickly with the same potently short tone. I asked if I could come and buy it once they would change out the window contents. She said yes but no follow up to how. I was willing to pay for it and pick up later. Shut down again! This time she blamed corporate policy for not selling me the jacket. No option for follow up. No empathy either. Just a willingly paying customer trying to find space for some customer service or at least some competent attention. Finally, I asked for the picture. She ordered at the guy to come over - once again I added a kind “please” to the end of her bark toward the fellow employee and at least I managed to get the barcode for the jacket from him.I like holding the Guess brand in high esteem and fashionable regard from their products but the service from the gal and the subservient restrain I felt from the entry level employees left much to desire. I hope I can return and find a different experience at a different time but TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE altogether. Corporate Guess, even though she says it’s your fault - I am still willing to buy the jacket! Please get back to me :)

Do not go to this Guess store. Absolutely terrible shopping experience. Worst employees I have ever seen in a Guess store. They all look at you like you don't belong even if you are wearing the brand. You can't even try on anything they have the clearance blocked off and the fitting room the only store in the whole complex that is doing that. You'll be better off paying extra online then wasting your time in the store. Hope they replace the workers and fix that. And for someone who has been wearing Guess for years now I'm quite disappointed with these people. Upper management needs to step in...

They need to have more deals..Staff is not friendly and looks at you as if you don't deserve to shop there..Fitting rooms are not open so you can try and check your fitting size...It looks like as if they don't want customers to come and shop there..I didn't have such experience while shopping at other GUESS locations...

Not sure what the deal was here but the 2 associates in store were incredibly rude upon entry. Greeted us but with the worse facial expression and sizing us up, looking us all up and down. Had a few clothes in hand and was about to head over to the register when I saw a cute dress at the end of the clearance section but when I walked over it was blocked off. I assumed it was just for the fitting room area (even tho all other stores in the outlet had theirs open now), I went up to the 2 associates talking and they continued to talk after making eye contact with me. I had to interrupt them.... I asked if we could look at the clearance section and they said no its blocked off. I then asked okay so we can't buy the clothes over there? They said no, turned away from me and then continued talking....I put my stuff down and just left. I've worked in retail for 10 years and not been treated so much like I don't matter....I don't even care about the clearance area being blocked off (curious as to why but whatever), they were just very rude.....Maybe if we had gone into Michael Kors first and brought our shopping bags with us to Guess they would have treated us with more kindness....good lord. Snobbery at its finest. Don't judge a book by its cover people. Steve Jobs wore the same outfit nearly everyday. Good luck with ur profiling y'all. I've always liked Guess but these employees need to step up their game. No wonder that store was empty when the whole outlet was busy.
