You cannot return regular Gap products here. Employee was rude about it, probably because it's a ridiculous policy and they were tired of enforcing the absurdity. I would be frustrated too if I had to be the face of foolishness. We ended up returning it at Staples. So to summarize, you cannot return your gap purchase at this gap factory store, but you can at Staples the stationary store. Get it together, Gap Factory.

Its a lot expensive compared to outlet store prices/deals. Didn't find any good dresses within my budget. Even a simplest dress was min $60+ Felt online or gap store is btr than outlet.

I've never been in a Gap until now and it was awesome!. Nice clothes for their brand and overall a great experience!! Worth the asking prices in regards to clothes etc.

The literal worst service. Walked in to pick up an online order. Cashier walked over, picked up my order from a shelf then walked away with it. FOR FIVE MINUTES. Meanwhile, there is only one other cashier - but there are 15 people in line. While all of this is going down, the apparent manager and at least one other crew member are watching things unfold - BUT NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP. Thought about purchasing another item, but ended up stuck in a second 15 person deep line. Make sure you have all the time in the world if you go to this place! You’ll need it.
