So here we go, don't really like to post Reviews, butt, some people just gotta know decided to sell my truck because I was referred to Fleet West by a friend and they could sell my truck there. So I took my truck in. And the salesman looked at my truck and said that he could probably put it. You know, but a week and a 1/2 he, I can put it up for consignment which I agree to sign the consignment papers and everything a month passed. You never call back. I'm a have went 2 months. Finally decided to call him and see what was going on cause. I didn't see it online for sale. So decided to give him a call and we discussed. And he said that my truck, he didn't think my truck would sell for the price that I was asking for which I've seen toe trucks for more money than the truck that I took. So the deal was that they were gonna pay for it. Whatever I owed and you know they never did anything to the truck. They just didn't inspection. They changed the battery in couple lights and the flatmats. And got surprise with a bill for over $883. Wish I thought it was really ridiculous. They never cleaned up the truck. They never did anything. They charged me $670 for inspection. Which was really ridiculous. Never heard back from the salesman. Gave him calls through the time. You never call me back. Never return my calls. Jayou are a bad salesman man. You need to get your act together. Then stop making promises, man. You were gonna make money out of this truck. Did you just didn't caramel? So don't trust fleet West. I would not buy anything from them. I even asked him if he would take it as a trade in to get a new truck from hitting care. He just didn't want my business. So he should have said that from the beginning instead of making me spend another $883. You should have just told me that he couldn't sell it, but no, he didn't, so you had to trust this dealer.I wouldn't trust them anymore.And my future buys.I will not buy from this dealer.I will post some reviews on Facebook.And I will walk around the truck.And put a review s...

Just average guy that goes in to buy supplies on random basis. Everyrime I've gone in to buy tie down straps or what ever is needed when towing my project cars or helping friends move their stuff. This time I went in to buy some j hooks to move my tool boxes from my current job to another location within the company. I've dealt with their supply salesman sorry I forgot his name at the moment maybe 3-4 times the past 3 years. I've have always had hands down the best experience with my needs and standout customer service. Will continue using them on a standard basis when I need supplies. Thank you fsw woodburn oregon.

Love coming here. They treat customer’s right. They will treat you as family, very honest and upfront with you. They will always make things right and go above and beyond for you. I wouldn’t buy a truck anywhere else but here! They make trucks right!

I found a higher quality item and spent less money buying it at FSW.Thanks to a helpful coworker, I needed my tools today. Free shipping means that they would be here next week or if I paid extra they would be sitting on my front porch all day while I'm supposed to be at work tomorrowI will definitely be shopping here again

Worst customer service experience ever seen, the parts manager “Marle” has ZERO customer service you can notice that from first interaction with him!!I am speaking out here not only because of his terrible skills, I am speaking about SAFTY, it happened when one of my friend referred them to me so I went there spent around $600 on straps, chains, and hooks.. etc.. First use to the hook got BROKE and the vehicle fall off the truck and caused so much damage! When I returned to them to see what kinda of quality is this!! Then again the parts manager start acting rood again and kicked me out of the store! He thinks he got off it like that, but we are going after this company legally!I am speaking out here for everyone SAFTY, take your business else where, take it where you can trust the quality and sure be safe, get appreciated for the $$ you spend!!

I bought a $35k tow truck from these guys in 2016. They scammed me, because they would charge up the battery on the day I told them I would be there to see the truck. After I bought the truck the battery went dead immediately. Got new batteries, and did other maintenance on it. We never figured out why the batteries drained overnight. I saw now why they were selling it. Crooks.

I was just in town so I stopped by. They were closed for the day, but before I was getting ready to leave a employee who was working late came out to talk to me. He wasn't able to sell anything but was able to help me out. I'm going to go back Monday morning some time. They have everything that you need for your truck and then some
