Their prices are insane. The employees will stare at you after you ask them a question and have no idea what they are doing. Cut the wrong size key when trying to get key copies made. Totally wasted my time. Why does this place exist?

I drive past 4 hardware stores that are closer to home to get to this one.
Super friendly staff. Phenomenal service and fair prices.
Great people make great stores. And this store is truely one of the greats.

An older lady cashier was rude and condescending towards me on several occasions while I was waiting for someone who was shopping. My partner usually spends between $50-$200 every time we go there, but now we don't go there anymore. Now we go to ACE, because the customer service is better.

The young blonde cashier is very rude. Did not thank me at all. I thanked her and she said "your welcome" in a snarkey condescending manner. Made me feel as if my business was putting her out.
Not a good representation of your company GW Hardware. When I spend my hard earned money I expect to be treated with respect. Receipt shows no indication of her name but it was 6/17/24 at 5:47 pm.
I sure hope GW cares enough about it's loyal customers to remedy this.

Their prices are outrageous and they offer no assistance whatsoever it's like no one knows what they are doing. I'll drive to Ace Hardware in Willsonville before ever going there again.

GW has about everything you can imagine, from quality brands. Tools, paint, plumbing supplies, lawn and garden they have it all. The really cool thing is how well staffed they are. I'll keep coming back!
