I’m extremely annoyed& disappointed. Went with my son to get him new crocs. We were getting the same ones that he had next size up. ( black-and-white marbled) there were none in his size out on the floor and I asked if someone to see if they had any in back. The girl was notice irritated when I asked to look. she came out with the pair. My son immediately looked at them and asked if they happen to have any more because these ones almost the whole shoe had barely any black on the top of it , it did not look good. She refused to go in the back and stated “they’re all pretty much the same.” Couldn’t have gone back to at least grab one more pair and at least be able to have a choice. I should’ve walked out in that moment and gone to famous footwear, but my son was worried that we wouldn’t be able to find his size a “13 in kids” so got a crappy looking pair of shoes and terrible Service.

Everyone there is super helpful...We love the employee Cassy, she has been there for a long time and always greets us with a smile. We can't recommend this place enough
