I've had an auto loan with these guys for like 2 years now. The rate they gave me was incredible. But honestly paying them is the most bizarre thing I've ever had to do. Literally the most difficult bill I have. Their app has all these weird errors in it and it forgets my information constantly and I have to reset my passwords EVERY MONTH... if that even works. I've had to call to make payments several times because I just can't get the app to actually function, and when you call they're really rude to you, probably cause they're sick of people calling. But like it's so frustrating when you're trying to give someone money you owe them and they're just like....no thank you. Please do better, I'm trying to pay you not adopt a child from you. ??”
