We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Companion. They are difficult to get into but when you do get an appt they are unfailingly kind, competent, and reasonably priced. They also made our puppy a ninja turtle cast when he broke his leg ❤️

I have been brining my dogs here for the past 10 years. The doctor is great but recently I got a bad experience with customer service, which made me to consider finding another clinic. The clinic used to approve online prescription orders from different places, but not anymore. My dog has an autoimmune disease and will need medication for the rest of his life. Recently I brought him for an annual check up, just so I can get a refill. I told them that they will get a request for approval later once I order medication online because it is much cheaper online than at the clinic, since I needed larger quantity. I waited one and a half months for the clinic to approve the prescription with no result and I called them multiple times to find out what's going on. The final time the lady on the phone told me that I need to come and buy medication at their clinic, that they will not approve online pharmacy. Or if I want prescription, I have to pay extra for them giving me a prescription for other pharmacies. I PAID for the appointment to get the prescription! Why do I need to pay extra and since when people are not allowed to use pharmacies of their choice? I will not go back there for sure even though I really liked the doctor.

They need a better receptionist my wife went earlier this week with our pet and she had quite an attitude as if she didn’t like her job, we also asked her questions of products they sold and didn't know the answer to our questions, very disappointed with our visit

I need to cancel for Damian on the 3rd. I don't have him anymore. He was someone else's cat and they moved away plus, I haven't seen Damian in 2 months. My cat Cassie who you guys spayed has been doing great and is still with me. Love my little tabby wabby.

Our long haired cat had some severely matted fur on her tummy. I called and they said bring her right in. Wait time was 5 minutes and they had the area shaved and cleaned up. Very impressed by the in and out service and it was very affordable.

Avoid at all costs. This vet messed up our cat's spay and she has continued to go into heat every two weeks. He refuses to take any accountability, refuses to do an examination or any of the standard blood work.Do not trust your loved ones to this man.

This vet and his staff are one of the best! Everyone in this clinic cares about my animals, all animals. I really appreciate the kindness and compassion this office has given to all my animals, specifically Blue and Otto & all my many others ?

Rude receptionists. Long silent pauses and when you speak they raise their voice with you. Unwilling to send records to other clinics.
