Compared to Japan, it is very easy to buy genuine products. Actually, Japanese prices are too high.There is a clearance corner on the left side at the back of the store.

I'm a Cole Haan shoe wearer. I have a shoe room with about 50 pairs of different styles. I'm pretty good at finding the deals at Cole Haan outlets. This store is not different than most Cole Haan outlet stores. You have to start at the clearance rack in the back and work your way around. This store is good for finding items on the last offer. If you don't know what you are buying you might over pay. The brand is notorious for having a higher than normal retail value tagged on the shoe. The customer service is usually pretty on point here. The team will look up shoes at other locations and will have them shipped to you. Always stop in!!

SMG. The two stars is for the nice styling of the shoe. It worked on me. Within 14 days of owning the shoes they completely came undone. Shoe laces broke, leather is torn in multiple locations. It's 2020 ppl - make a good shoe. I spent over $100 dollars on these shoes, the COLE HAAN / GRAND.OS

My hubby and I both purchased shoes here. They are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes either if us has EVER owned!!! And the sales staff are very friendly and tolerant of my loud 3 small children.
