“My home away from home. Especially when Bob Chapek took over and closed down ALL the Canadian stores because there was a "shift in focus" to e-commerce. What a sham and what a shame..

If Bob Iger or anyone else regulates these reviews, I truly hope they know how much of a terrible idea it was.. pulling out of the Canadian market to focus on a failing e-commerce platform.
Remember that we all social creatures, we like to hands-on shop especially when new products are constantly being released, it is important to have at least 1 brick and mortar store around for people to try and pop in to actually get a gauge/vibe on the item(s) they want to purchase for themselves or as a gift.

Please consider bringing back the Disney Stores in the the Canadian market. Bring in the e-commerce into Canada too, believe it that Canadians love Disney too and will be willing to spend the right money on things without breaking the bank savings. It costs twice as much to ship an item over online from the US and it does not even consider the duties that gets tacked on when the item is crossing the US/Canada border. a $20 USD item costs about the same price to ship into Canada and then after the duty and brokerage.. by the time a Canadian guest receives it, it works out to nearly 100 CAD after the 1.36 exchange rate.”

“I had to drop a quick note here. Strolled in this evening, first off, I'm a guy, a guy that hates shopping. There's not one thing I like about shopping. Unless it's for guns, motorcycles, or something like that. Shopping for clothes? I LOATHE! Like Grinch style loathe.I was already dreading having to go shopping. I needed some formal wear for a Military Ball this weekend. Yes this weekend, as in 3 days. Nothing like waiting until the last second right? My plan was to hit a few stores here, walk away disappointed and complain about it for a day and a half and then go back and get something I hated.I walked into the Calvin Klein store and after about 2 minutes of looking one of the store representatives asked if I needed help. Yes I do!Roberto was his name and he was awesome! I'm not kidding when I say that within 5 minutes, he had me hooked up with a suit jacket, shirt, pants and undershirts. It took me longer to get to this store than it did for me to try everything on and get checked out! Roberto was awesome, knew exactly where everything was, what sizes I needed and style I was looking for. Thank you Roberto! Mission accomplished and my weekend procrastination averted!Appreciate you, your help and the Military discount!”

“Sunday, Dec. 11th workers (mid-day) -- kudos to you and your AMAZINGLY above and beyond attitude! The manager (I believe or supervisor) and a newer cashier that helped me on Sunday went above and beyond their duties. I was greeted, asked if I needed help, given small talk, and they helped me find items I was looking for. They went well above their duties to try and help me find what I needed. The cashier was new I believe and she was totally willing to help and learn. She asked her supervisor/manager maybe for help, and they worked together to find what I was looking for. We didn't find it, but they did all they could, which is much more than any other store that day. I went next door to osh kosh b'gosh and the entire experience and vibe of the store was drastically different. Carters employees needs to go over and train the other store on greeting customers, pleasant customer exchange and less attitude. A smile and pleasant exchange goes A LONG way....I was having a stressful morning, I started to get a migraine and I just wasn't having it. Store after store, people had attitude and you walk into these stores and no one says a word. They act as if you're bugging them when you ask for another size or direction of an item. NOT at carters, not these employees. 2 out of 32 stores gave me customer service and a great experience that day! Carter's, for helping me believe that customer service and friendly workers still exist and want to help you have an amazing experience, especially during the holidays, on a weekend, most importantly after the last couple years we've had. I'll be back....and I plan to tell my friends and followers! Yay for you guys!”

“Very surprised about all the other reviews!

I made an online purchase and once it arrived I realized I got some things in the wrong style for our daughters school. Was happy to see we had a location near us to do a quick exchange in store and look around. I was expecting the worst after reading many of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised once we walked in. Staff was actively working, so no they didn’t immediately drop what they were doing to greet us BUT the store was very clean, very well organized, everything we needed was in stock and very easy to find. Doing the exchange on the items was a breeze and we were helped as soon as we walked up to the counter. There was also plenty of room for my family of three to navigate around, no issues with stroller accessibility so I believe they have really made a great effort to improve all the previous complaints. The selection blew me away and the prices were awesome. Grabbed what we needed and spent a while looking at all the cute clothes. We are actually really excited to go back when we are ready to do another wave of clothes for the next size up.”
