It’s nice that there’s a Hugo Boss at least near Portland now, even if it’s just the outlet. It’s like a little taste of living in a big city again. People there have been very friendly, though they’re clearly not into the brand. At the last Hugo Boss I lived by, I was on a first name basis with several people there, they would bring me a beer when I got there, and we’d talk about the new stuff they had. Don’t expect that here, but they still have some nice clothes.

I had a very bad experience with this store, bad treatment from the sellers, I bought a coat that was a little tight, I decided to return it, get a larger one, but they didn’t have my size. And they didn’t want to return the money, they told me to buy something for that amount, but I don’t need anything elseThey say that we have such a policy that we don’t return money back, but they didn’t warn me about this and offer to buy something else with my money, this is a very bad experience, this is disrespectful to customers, I don’t advise going to this store They were very rude

Very bad quality you put the clothes in washing machine they shrink they lose the color very bad and they will never return them. I just wasted $1000 on this store never come back again.
Not recommend it to buy anything from this store

BEWARE IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.. So bought a suite with finished length in pants. First time I have ever bought a suite like that. They had one suite that wasn't. All there suite do not have enough length to extend 2 inches.

Workers are lazy and very unprofessional.Asked them about a suit, it was the only piece left and without even looking for it. Told me that they can’t find pants so can’t sell.

My fiancé and I went suit shopping for our wedding, service was incredible! Found a suit and a couple other items! The team was great, I would recommend this location.
