“Marissa is Amazing! She is our saving grace!
My Sisters had issues with the bridal shop she purchased her wedding dress from and were alterations should have been done at, but her dress arrived just 16 days before her wedding, and the alterations lady had moved her office from Vancouver to Tillamook.
So we had to scramble to find someone that could do it in a short period of time.
I had called MB Couture first and left a message but continued calling other businesses around the area, but no luck.
Marissa called me back 30 mins later and without hesitation she accepted the challenge and wanted to help us out.
She hemmed the dress, added sleeves that needed to be added, an extra skirt layer, a bustle, and took in the sides for a tighter fit for the waist and bust. She did this all in less than 2 weeks and it turned out perfect! The Bride is above the moon happy! All thanks to her!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

“I love this little boutique and hope it never goes away. While I don’t always find something, I have found some of our favorite and my complimented pieces here. I love that they carry marine layer (I wish they had more, I’d buy it all the time instead of hoofing it to the nob hill store) and a combination of relaxing and then work friendly attire. The women who own it are so friendly, regardless of whether I walk out with a piece or two or not.”

I called around, and no store had it in stock and it wasn't available online. Kim at the the Gresham location was able to locate the size we needed in New York, and connect me with the a sales associate there, and they maild the jacket just in time for Mother's Day. “Shoe Mill made the best recommendation on Birkenstocks for me. My feet had been hurting with WFH in a home with tile floors - I needed indoor shoes with good support, but having to lace sneakers on was annoying and so I wouldn't bother. Rather than regular sandals, they suggested some Birkenstock slippers with wool uppers - a bit less expensive, fuzzy wool interior, and a more grippy sole for the tile floors. Excellent customer service with listening to how the shoes will be used & suggesting a product that fit my needs perfectly. The shoes have been a lifesaver this winter! Thank you!”
“I had made a purchase on line for the cutest shirt, I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirt. Bobbi from Allure called me, left me a message to make sure I really wanted both shirts. I contacted her back to let her know I only wanted one shirt. She had already gone to the post office to mail the package. “I was in this store today with my son and his GF to buy a dressy ensemble for him for a wedding in San Diego in which is GF will be MOH. My son, a skater and outreach worker for addiction services has never dressed up and never owned a suit. Walking in we threw ourselves on the mercy of a sales associate who was lovely and very helpful. Wish I had gotten her name, but suffice it to say she steered us in the right direction. Through no fault of anyone’s there was a glitch in the process after the purchase (no email) and we could not be certain the order would be expedited in order for them to have it before leaving on the following Thursday. Between the manager, and the sales associate they put every effort into making sure this suit would reach my son on time. We were treated with respect and courtesy every step of the way, and the manager went above and beyond in her efforts to solve the dilemma. This is a terrific store with helpful staff. If you want quality clothing (BR is iconic), and to be treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend you shop here. Kudos to the manager and staff; and thank you for a successful shopping experience for a reluctant man trying to please his girlfriend!”

“Brought my whole family here recently and one of their managers Caylik helped us through all the deals and getting shoes. He shows that he enjoys his job and knows a lot about all the brands so if you come in ask for him. They had a great selection of products, my only problem was the small youth section. Other than that a great experience!”
