My mom wanted pillars for an electric gate. It was difficult to get the right stones ordered by the staff. When the order finally arrived it wasn't removed from the truck and went to another store hours away. And then when it made it back to the Roseburg store several days later, it was WRONG!!!. My mom is a recently widowed 80 year old, who has to pay for the labor. Multiple times the very nice men she hired to install the stone have showed up to install this rock and the rock is unavailable. I will never use this store, and I will never recommend them. Customer service and product is very poor!!! I hated even giving one star, they deserve zero stars!

Visited with piece of mortar that I was trying to match. Greeted by rep on far right of counter. Showed him piece of mortar response was "looks like a rock to me". Was totally uninterested in helping me or offering any suggest. Did not even pick up my sample to look at it. No interest no help. I won't be going back. Left and drove to decorative rocks on Columbia, guy who loads bags into cars took it, examined it, offered idea as to what it was, stated they don't see this much anymore (sample was put down in 2007) but offered idea where I could find something similar. The difference was stunning. I will be going back there.

Terrible customer service. Called to get pricing over the phone and a man named Danny answered. Asked for pricing for some pallets of panorama demi and Supra pavers and he said “it’s around $3,000” for the square footage I needed. When I asked for specific pricing he acted like he didn’t know what I meant and then said “it’s a little under $3,000”. I just wanted to know if the price was $2,900 or $2,999. He promptly hung up on me. When I attempted to call back he ignored the line. Not the first time he’s been rude over the phone. This person is losing you all business with his terrible attitude.

Good experience. I used them years ago for a 35 ton wall with stairs. This year 2022 they don't do any orders below 1 pallet or about 144 units. Larger projects only.(Troutdale location). May be different at their different locations.

i pick up a lot of maxi freight here. the office staff and forklift staff are all really nice and helpful. its a good team there. owner, do whatever you have to do to retain your current workers, especially the heavyset forklift guy, the tall thin one with the longer hair and beard, and the guy that wears the blue hard hat. and pretty much all of the office staff.

Great store if you need retaining wall or paver materials. If you need masonry material go to their Tualatin location or order a few day ahead.
