We just had the best experience at this store with Thomas Media! I just switched from T Mobile to Verizon AND ported my number. I’ve had T-Mobil for almost 20 years & today I switched over to be on my husband’s plan & got a new iPhone 15 pro. What a seamless & stress free process Tomas made it for us. He went above & beyond with us doing much of the process on our behalf when he truly didn’t have to. We are very happy customers & I already have no regrets switching over! Thank you, Thomas for your excellent service! The best I’ve experienced with mobile companies!

I had to transfer my phone to my own account. There were some logistical things we had to work through but he was very patient and helpful and we managed to get it done.

Worst store you can go to! The staff are spacing out. I’m waiting for over an hour and a half for a phone that I ordered online. It’s not the first time!
I personally have issues with this store all the time they mess up the order they try to sell you 10,000 insurance plan, for all your neighborhood. They are not polite and the manager should quit his job!

Went in to get help and they really didn’t want to do so. Just kept brushing me off when I was trying to get my service working and then as I got irrated they started getting irrated and when I went to leave guy start talking trash and long and short him and the other employee tried to provoke me to fight them. All this cuz I was frustrated and wanted help. Class acts here they should have been spank by there parents so they had some respect!

Why does Verizon even bother to have a store. You walk in and no one acknowledges you. It's crazy. It's every location. Never enough people on staff.

Didn’t explain how I’d be stuck with a contract for 3 years in order to get the 830 dollars off I feel the person misinterpreted the whole situation and now I’m super upset because if I would have known that I’d have to pay in full if I wanted to pay now I wouldn’t have given my original phone up and just stayed with my old contract. Never doing a trade in again and I don’t even want to be with Verizon at this point but now I have no choice so thank you to the person that sold me this phone.

Zane helped me with my new phone line and the current promotion. His experience and advice was invaluable and he helped me understand how to continue getting the best service and navigate My Verizon on my own. I definitely will return to this location just because of Zane’s help, and as he helped me he did an excellent job of helping others as he worked the store alone and get customers in and out.

I thought this location was better than the one on Civic butThey both aren't great. They are very helpful but they fail to honestly tell you what everything costs. They mislead you. For instance my next bill was quoted at 180 because of some activation fees. When I got the bill it was 240. I told them about 5 times on 3 differant times I went in I didn't want the netflix or Disney bundle but it was still on my bill.They signed me up for more storage on cloud without telling me and I was quoted $5 dollars a month for the watch when it's$11.95 luckily I was able to contact Verizon customer service and they fixed everything except the subscription for the watch. Beware of what they tell you. It's probably incorrect. Next time I will do everything online

Came in to switch to Verizon from T-Mobile and Paul made the switch so easy. Even in a busy store by himself he had amazing customer service, was extremely helpful, and made me and my fiancé feel like this switch was the right move! 20/10 recommend this store and Paul deserves a big raise!

Hunter did a great job. He had a very disgruntled and angry older gentleman that was a customer also and he was very respectful and very stern in his words of telling the gentleman that he had to wait for the cash system to turn back on to take a cash payment, The older gentleman wanted nothing to do with him and said you are Verizon. I am going to take it out on you and then he had enough and decided to talk to me about how bad the customer service was. I told him to mind his business and Hunter jumped in very professionally and asked him to leave, and to not confront other customers with his issues. Hunter had great customer service helped me pick out a great case and showed me how to put it on my phone kudos to him for keeping a calm head and persevering through a tough situation
