“We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.”

“Cute small boutique store close to home. Appear to focus on quality items for your dog and cat, not much for alternative pets like my rabbit or hen. However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). “This place is wonderful and the staff is very dedicated. Josh and Autumn have been especially awesome with me and my pup Tater. This is my first experience with doggy daycare and they have exceeded my expectations. They are always detailed and honest about how my pups day was. They also make helpful reccomenedations for appropriate play off site and training tips. My dog loves coming and is tuckered out when he is done playing. Highly recommend ?”

We have been coming for years for daycare, boarding, and obedience training for two of our dogs and could not be happier. Our newest dog is a rescue and was very timid and afraid when we first brought him in. The owner worked with us to gradually get him to feel safe there and now he runs in, tail wagging, pulling me behind him! Dogtown is a safe and caring environment for your dog.”

“My mom’s cat crossed the rainbow bridge today. The staff here were very understanding, friendly, helpful all the things you’d look for in the people who help your pet cross over. The only thing I would have liked done differently is they don’t allow the owner to be in the room when the pet passes away.”
“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”
“Actual life savers. My husband thought we had ordered everything for our chicks, but we were missing the light, the bulb, and the bowls. This was the first place I thought of even though I’m sure there were places closer to me. ? I was frazzled and arrived two minutes after closing. Yet, I was still greeted and asked what I needed - all with skilled knowledge on what I needed and on what I maybe had forgot on top of that. Thank you guys, will definitely come back.”
“It's not a bad place to work. Family friendly atmosphere. Only negative I can articulate is training is by fire, you are thrown to the wolves as mid management. Otherwise it's a great place to work with awesome folks. Extremely clean warehouse.”

“i love to get my dogs treats here in bulk. they have a lot of options. the only downside to this pet shop is one of the employees. he’s a younger fella and doesn’t talk at all. it’s awkward and uncomfortable. not even a “welcome in” or anything. when he scans your items it’s silence. it’s just uncomfortable when going inside and he’s there. wish he would talk more or say hi when you walk inside”
