We were there Tuesday June 19 2023 for walk in shower materials I think Phillip in shower heads was impatient. Matt in tile was excellent he took the time with us called for extra help for other customers and was just awesome. There was a small Mexican woman who was helpful too. Alll in all we had to search for help

We had an interesting pick up experience. I had ordered a 5 gallon container of solid stain the day before. We were told everything had been checked for accuracy. We got home to find the stain had not been tinted. We returned to the store and the paint department took care of it.

Severely understaffed. The passive aggressive, sarcastic attitude of employees reflect how understaffed they are. Gave them multiple tries and disappointed every time.
