Marissa at store 1006. Was so pleasant and patiently helped my 9 year old granddaughter and me. I had forgotten my kohl's card and she let me know that it would not be a problem as she could look it my card information. Marissa, without knowing it put my mind at ease. Great job Marissa!

Kohls Wood Village Amazon has an amazing employee by the name of Jaun. He is patient, kind and so helpful. I did not know how to pull up an item on my phone, and he helped me locate what I needed. A young thoughtful person, whom I respect. He deserves a shout out!

I always feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman here ? like if youre not WASPy or don't have the vibe of being a wealthy older white lady, they assume you're a "poor" and either watch you or have a weird attitude.. Almost like it's a waste of time showing you something behind glass because you won't be able to afford it. It's not Hermes, it's Kohls. I think we can chill a bit. I get people steal but also, treating people weird will make them not want to buy from your store. I've been in the Sephora area once and assumed it would be similar but the lady there was actually really nice and didn't act like she had to watch me like a hawk. I appreciated that.

Absolutely loved having a Sephora in Kohls. A beautiful male looking (possibly non-binary) person helped us in the Sephora department. Helped me and my daughters find multiple items and didn't act at all judgy about me asking for lower priced things for my teens. Also helped me find the exact eyebrow pencil I was looking for without remembering the brand. I wish I had gotten their name.

It's a very nice store, clean. Has a handy Amazon drop off, that even gives you a 20% off coupon. I know it's a way to attract customers, but it's smart. I recommend shopping here!
