It's sad that the new owners let all the plants dry up and die. This place used to be great. I've been coming here for 30 years to buy plants now I have to go somewhere else. Maybe the next owners will take care of the place as well as the previous owners did.

I cannot say enough about the beautiful bouquets of flowers, plants and various arrangements that are produced from Wintergreen! A few times a year myself and my siblings call ahead to order a delivery or special arrangements for our mother in a nearby town. Each time we are greeted with amazing customer service with the knowledge that the floral gifts will be received timely for our mother. The service has always been above and beyond! As myself and siblings all live outside of the state, it's such a blessing to have the confidence that a business cares for the product they create all the way through delivery. No other nursery or florist has ever come close to the beauty of flowers and plants in addition to the service provided. They've even grown to know each of our names! Thank you Wintergreen for loving our family and caring enough to make our mother's gifts so special each and every order!

Love this place. Greeted & helped promptly. Been going here for a few years now. A wonderful abundance of beautiful flowers & great looking healthy plants, potting soil & so much more. Very knowledgeable & helpful folks. Highly recommend as my go-to nursery. Thanks!

The owner and staff have been first rate all the way. I loved shopping here with the previous owners and the new owner carries on the same passion for customer service and delivering a great product.I took my adult daughter here to buy plants for her yard today.I hear even more great things are in store for the future. I will be back.

Reading the reviews made me laugh, today was my second time here and the ladies instantly remembered my friend and I. They have been super friendly, knowledgeable and great service can’t wait to make the trip down from Washington again to add to my garden.

After seeing Wintergreen promoting, with a large sign, a candidate that wants to take a woman’s right to her own body away I concluded I will never shop here again and I encourage my associates to take the same stance.

I came by one day to look for plants. I understand it's the end of the season but was hoping to get some in the ground to get roots established. Wintergreen Nursery is a big and beautiful place so I figured this is the place for me! Jill met us and showed us around. Many of the plants still around were flowers and ornamentals. I was looking for vegetables and fruits. I wanted grapes. There were a few varieties and they looked very happy and healthy despite the end of the growing season. I picked a Black Monukka grape with seeds and a Red Flame seedless variety. Jill told us they were two year old roots and we may even get a small crop next season and regular crops after that. I can't wait to see how they taste! I wanted an apricot tree, Hydrangeas and vegetables but will have to wait until after the first of next year. Apricot trees start selling in January! I went in to pay and took a quick look around at all the flower bouquets and decor. I met Ruth who also works there. They are all so nice and knowledgeable about plants. Gorgeous things for your home and perfect for gifts! You really want to stop by Wintergreen Nursery and check them out!!

Ordered from a website online that uses this Florist for the Myrtle creek area! We ordered a stunning premium $70 arrangement for my sister and she received an arrangement that looked nothing like the photo on the website. After contacting the online website about this they reached out to this Florist who apologized and stated they would resend the correct arrangement. However, what my sister received was a $39.99 arrangement that once again did NOT look anything like the photo from the online website where we purchased it, no ribbon on the second arrangement, and instead of the premium they sent the lowest $39.99 version of an arrangement! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! So disappointed that my sister was never able to receive what we ordered, and the delivery driver stood there waiting for a tip! Outrageous!

I love Wintergreen Nursery! They are so knowledgeable, friendly and have a great selection. We drive the extra miles to Winston at least a couple times a year, but so worth it.
