My wife and I bought our first Subaru at Wilsonville Subaru. We bought a Subaru Crosstrek sport and we love it. Our sales person was Tom Tyson. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely go back to Wilsonville Subaru again and work with Tom.

We had shopped with other dealers in the Portland Oregon area but found our best price, the right model and setup for our needs, and the best buying experience with this excellent operation. BUYER BEWARE
I deal with Holly, supposedly a sales manager
She had no management skills whatsoever treated me very disrespectfully and numerous times spoke to people in other languages while in conversation with me as if I didn't exist. If this is how management treats people, I can only imagine how the employees are. I will never do business with this company again, BUYER BEWARE

Found the Outback I wanted at Wilsonville Subaru. Even though it was further away than other Subaru dealers I went to Wilsonville because they had the selection of Certified Used cars that made it easy to find one that suited my needs and my pocketbook.
The deal was easy with no pressure or problems. All the paperwork was done quickly and easily. The hardest part was choosing what coverage I wanted in the extended warranty.

This shop charged $185 for A/C diagnosis. Said they did that plus a 60 point complimentary inspection but had the car in the bay less than 45 min. The complimentary inspection was different than one I got here 35 days earlier. I was told I needed things done that gresham said they just did but Wilsonville cannot see that in records. A obviously worn serpentine belt noted in first inspection was marked inspected and ok. It is not and was not ok. As far as $185 AC inspection, with whatever time was left after the poor and incorrect complimentary one, I was told system does not hold pressure, I told them this at drop off. $1100 to replace condenser and o rings. I asked to see condenser where they see it needs replacing, mechanics said because he saw moisture on fins, there was no moisture. I asked about o rings, they showed picture of bolt they did not remove. They saw no o rings They did no uv leak test, they did nothing. Talked with manager, said I owe the 185 because I have gotten 2 complimentary inspections but never had work done there. Went home removed high pressure hose as I already inspected 4 other O rings before going to dealer, saw obvious damage, replaced for less than $1 in 18 mins, recharged system myself, condenser was fine. Manager says, we diagnosed it didn't we. I said no, you told me to spend 1100 on replace nearly the entire system that holds pressure. He kept my money. Beware this shop, manager knows his techs poorly or don't inspect your car and will charge you to replace expensive parts that are fine. Lost $185 to service manager, saved $1015 knowing a bit about cars.

We shopped here for compact or mid-size SUV, and test drove a Forester and an Ascent. Tom Tyson was very courteous and knowledgeable. Although we purchased somewhere else, because the model with the features we needed was rare and not in stock, we would not hesitate to do business with Tom and Wilsonville Subaru.
