After telling them to not do repairs on my car last June, they did them anyway and my insurance would not cover the charges. As a Lyft driver, they took away my way of making money and I had been forced to rent a car through Lyft AND still make my car payments. Over $16k I've paid in 10 months for their error. Not once was an apology extended to me AND they let some 3rd party windshield company repair my windshield without my authorization. Picked up my car today with a dead battery and pollen covering the inside of my car. Despicable customer service on all fronts.

March 2024 by Nancy S.
On Sunday, March 3, 2024, my husband and I visited Wilsonville Subaru. We had discussed purchasing a car for me to drive and decided to drop in to see what this dealer had to offer. I had been interested in a Forrester for several years but we never really looked in earnest because I hated the process so much. Hence, I've been driving the same car for 16 years. So it was with surprise and pleasure that we were met at the dealership's front door by a courteous and friendly man, Tony Gutierrez and he stayed with us through the whole process! He literally spend HOURS showing us different cars and and very patiently explaining everything and answering all our questions. Frankly, it was a relief that we only had to interact with one person. We did purchase a brand new, beautiful Forrester and we are so happy that we met Tony who helped us. We will certainly recommend Tony Gutierrez and Wilsonville Subaru. Thank you, Rex and Nancy Sebastian

I contacted many Subaru dealers across Washington and Oregon before calling Wilsonville Subaru. DJ Villasenor was the only person to agree to my request for an out-of-state sale of a 2024 Subaru Ascent, and even went above and beyond to secure the exact car I had been hoping to find from another dealership for the price that would make shipping a car to Alaska worth it. I'm further appreciative of the no bull pricing policy that took a lot of stress out of the process. DJ was super helpful and patient. He answered my extensive questions about documents, fees, extended agreements, etc, and got answers for me when he didn't have them. He was also more than helpful when it came time to ship the car, and worked with the shipping broker and the driver to get the car securely on the road. I recognize DJ didn't have to help as much as he did, and I am more than grateful. I would recommend this dealer, and DJ in particular, to anyone looking to obtain their "ideal car". When I first started speaking with DJ, I was close to giving up and simply purchasing a relatively expensive car that I didn't really want. I was so relieved to connect with a sales rep that didn't turn me down, and even seemed excited to help me get my ideal car to the center of Alaska. Thank you, DJ. Unrelated to the efforts of the sales consultant, Wilsonville Subaru does include "hidden" fees in the form of document processing fees and corporate tax. These were explained to me and, unfortunately, unavoidable. Nothing unique, and some dealerships are worse than others. Things like this are somewhat frustrating when you don't have a large cash flow and suddenly have to finance an additional $500 or more. All said, I plan to call up Wilsonville Subaru when I need to purchase another car. Stop by if you live local - I bet the buying experience would be even more seamless in person.

We had a very good experience with Tom during a recent car purchase. I particularly appreciated that they provided their "bottom line" price on the cars we were looking at before we came in the door. This gave us a really good idea about which trim levels and features would fit our budget. The process was about as stress-free as a car purchase can get. Would purchase from them again.

Bought a certified 2021 Subaru Ascent, the buying process was a fine process. One the second day we noticed the AC didn't work so we took it in and they said the AC condenser was bad; at first they were going to bill us for the repair but ultimately the service manager did it under warranty since we bought it the following day. A week later we drove down to Southern California for vacation on the way back we felt a vibration took it to Salem Subaru where they said there was metal belts showing on the tires. At first was told they were wearable items and nothing could be done. After contacting SOA there was new tires put on the car with the word of Holly that they would redo the certified check list, at pick up I was told the car wasn't looked over and they do that. August of 2023 my wife and son were ran off the road and the Subaru did its job by keeping them alive after rolling twice. We then started the cancellation process of the extended warranty and gap coverage a couple weeks later. As anticipated the warranty refund came back within 4-6 weeks but the gap insurance didn't. I ended up reaching out and on November 4th I was asked to sign a gap cancellation by Joseph Nibler which I did. Over the phone I was told "4-6 weeks for the check". Nov. 28 2022 I reached out for a follow up because I had still not got the check seven days passed with no response from Joseph so I reached out to the gap insurance company myself which then I was told that they had just received the paperwork on December 3rd and they returned the paperwork same day. I think got another email after reaching out to a supervisor from Joseph that said 4 to 8 weeks for the check. So the paperwork was not submitted to the gap refund company for about a month after I signed it. I emailed the sales manager, I have emailed both general managers and have gotten nothing in return. I recommend a dealership that values customer service and communication and this dealership doesn't meet that recommendation.

Here we are now December 27th and title is STILL in Texas under a different owner. Meanwhile, our stolen car sits in the salvage yard and State Farm won't pay us for the loss until we have title.

**Additionally-- the "certified pre-owned" inspection they did, was not ACTUALLY done. I had 3 and 4% tread on all 4 tires. I could have killed myself or someone else driving the car that I have. Make sure you check the car with a mechanic if you're going to buy a car from them--do NOT trust a damn thing they say.

This is an excellent dealership with excellent people. Purchasing my 2024 Impreza was a favorable experience with no hassle or pressure. I worked with the team of Will Torresan and Daniel Ramirez Cruz who both demonstrated their competencies in the buying process. If you want to know everything technical about Subaru or are a motor-head like me, Will is your man. When Will was not available, Daniel seamlessly filled the gaps - very pleasant to work with and followed up after the sale. Would I go back? Absolutely.

9/26/2023 The service manager called me today in response to a post on their website. Even though I had said on that site that I would only talk with Store or Regional Manager. After chatting for a few minutes I will see if things change the next time I visit. I'm raising to a 2 star for now. Original post 9/23/2023 As posted on google. I've been using Wilsonville Subaru for my car servicing since April 2023. I've been in 3 times. The service was great. Quin helped me twice, the 1st and 3rd, and was great another time I was routed to someone else and it wasn't great, this guy wouldn't listen to what I wanted. This last time I was going to have additional work done and realized that the price was unrealistically higher than I could have done at another store. When I realized this I called into the dealership, asked for Quin, was sent to his voicemail even though I told the woman whom had answered the phone that I needed to talk to him now. I hung up on the voicemail and called back. I explained that voice mail was not okay, if Quin isn't available then I needed the service manager or store manager. I was put on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes without anyone answering before the system disconnected me. By this time I was back in the store and found Quin, had the work cancelled for my car, it hadn't been started yet. I told Quin that I wanted to talk with the manager, he wasn't there but was up the road at the Toyota store they also own. I drove up to that store and the manager was in a meeting and which ever department the manager I was handed off to seeing that I was upset wanted to get me away from the showroom, telling me he'd take me where the manager was that I wanted to talk with. He did no such thing. We got away from the showroom and he changed his tune. I told him I wanted him to interrupt the meeting the manager was in. He said no. I said then I will write reviews telling how Wilsonville Subaru, with the exception of Quin, treated me. The woman who put me on hold is the reason for this review. She has no sense of customer service. I wish I knew who she was so that I can avoid her in the future. Since I was not sent an email survey as I had the other two times I was in I decided that it was time to write reviews where ever I could find a place.

A beautiful, vast dealership with a massive indoor showroom. Super comfortable experience from beginning to end. We came in to trade a 10-year-old Mazda for a new Outback, but the one we were interested in sold just before we got there. Tom Tyson at Wilsonville Subaru met us at the door and coordinated literally everything from there - trade-in, finding an alternative, looking for options to get the trim package we initially wanted from other dealers in the area, test-driving a similar option, evaluating financing trade offs, and finally ensuring we were familiar enough with all the new tech in a 2024 Outback Premium before we drove off. Sounds involved but the process was quite straightforward and fast (and the dealership conveniences made the waiting parts seamless - independently owned cute coffee shop, ping pong for my son, lounge areas, the works). Tom skillfully avoided any and all car salesman tropes - we never felt rushed, overlooked, oversold, underestimated. We've been to a number of dealers in the area checking out our options & Wilsonville Subaru was singular in its intention of elevating our experience. Thank you, Tom & team! We look forward to joining the Subie family for years to come.

I recently bought a new car (2024 Outback) from Wilsonville Subaru. I was paired with Karen Escajeda and I couldn't have been happier. Not only did Karen know the cars inside and out, (seriously, she was able to handle some random questions) but she knew how to make me feel heard. She listened to what I wanted and found the best possible options for me. She even ran multiple scenarios so that I could make the most informed decision. She truly cares about what you want and what you can afford and works with you to get there. She's a superstar salesperson who understand human connection and interaction. You'd be lucky to buy a car from her. And no, I am not related to her. :) My overall experience at Wilsonville was also a positive one, but Karen sold the place. Holly Hill, the sales manager, also gave me top dollar for my trade in (2016 Crosstrek). If you aren't buying from Wilsonville, you are missing out. Take the extra time and drive out there. The showroom and building amenities are fantastic!

I bought a used car from Wilsonville Subaru that came with a 3-month 3000 mile warranty. Unfortunately, during this period, the car had engine problems that were not covered by their warranty company. Wilsonville Subaru refunded me all of the money I spent on the car. They kept me in a loaner car the entire time they were looking into the car. Thank you Avery Jones my sales rep. and Brad Ostlund the general sales manager for taking good, honest care of me.

We had a great experience here and Joseph was our salesman and he was great. My husband had called in about a 4Runner and trading in our BMW X5 that we love and Joseph got the deal done and it was quick, painless and fair. I really appreciate the no Bull and no bs of dealerships like this. We had a great experience and are so happy we could trade in our X5m that we loved but it just was the wrong car to buy for living off a gravel road, so back to a 4Runner for the 3rd time! So grateful they made it happen and everyone we came into contact with there was great and if I ever find myself in the market for a Subaru I know where to go! I'm not surprised though as I have bought two vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota in 2007 ish and it was a great experience there too and same owner so his dealerships are definitely one of my favs.

I unfortunately gave my information to Wilsonville Subaru when we were looking for our next car. It was given to them via TrueCar, not directly. As soon as I started looking for cars on TrueCar, Wilsonville Subaru immediately called me, texted me, and emailed me. I did not answer, as I was just looking at their inventory. Wilsonville Subaru proceeded to call and text me again, and again, and again, and I never answered. My initial visit to TrueCar was 3 months ago now. Since then, we've bought a car at another dealership, and yet Wilsonville Subaru has *still* been calling me every couple days. I'd advise not buying a vehicle from a dealership this desperate and annoying. It can't be that difficult to sell a Subaru in Oregon.

Needed an extra fob for my outback. Was surprised at the price. Called another local dealership and saved almost $200. If they overcharge for the little things, my guess is they'll do the same on a major repair or service.
