If you want to feel screwed, this is the business for you.
Been renting at StorQuest Wilsonville for about 4 months. The cost started at reasonable and there was a deal on the first month. The spots themselves are conveniently located near I-5, but horrible. Our trailer had maybe 6” of wiggle room on either side. So once it was parked, there was no getting in or out.
I reached my breaking point when I got the mail the other day and was informed that our rental rate was increasing 24% to $179. I immediately found another lot to park in and cancelled our contract. Silly me though…should have waited until the end of the month because as a “company policy” they don’t pro-rate the month when you move out.

I had a great experience here with what's generally a pretty tedious task of storing the boat. It looks like they've beefed up security since the last time I visited, and the staff is always friendly and super helpful. Thanks guys!

This place is great. Cameron went above and beyond for me in finding a space, getting me the best deal possible, even helping me get my trailer in and out the first time. Can’t thank him and the owners enough for the help.

No safe for your RV. I only store here for two weeks and got my catalytic converter stolen. I know other persons got stolen here too. If you want to find a safe place, choose other place. The manager can do nothing to these things.

My Catalytic Converter was stolen from this location. The thieves cut the fence & stolen them from several of the vehicles. If you have an A-Class stored here; you may want to go check on your vehicle. The on-site manager was nice, but all he could offer me was an apology. The "State-of-the-Art Security System" isn't really there.

Not professional; visited April 16th and was told they had potential spaces available May 1st. Asked about reservations or waiting lists and was told it's first-come, first-served because they didn't want the hassle of notifying people and no one ever took their name off the list when they found somewhere else for storage. I said I wasn't in a rush so I could wait til May 1st and call back. They were closed on May 1st (a Sunday) so I called at opening time, May 2nd. Left a voice mail and called again around 10. Now I was told that they have no space available, have an extensive waiting list, and if I would to to be put on it? I asked if this was Wilsonville RV Storage, thinking maybe I dialed a different number than the place I went to and conversed with an employee. Nope, same place. Absolute bonkers. I don't trust them with my property if they can't tell me the truth about something as simple as their own policies and procedures. Be really wary.
