This is the worst dealership In the world to buy a car from. They don't keep there word. They the salesman are very unprofessional. The sales management is worst then the salesman. Don't go buy a car from them you will be very disappointed in there service. The owner need to fire the sale management and start over.

On time and under budget What more can I ask for. Friendly service department staff that went out of their way to help me get my Jeep repaired in time for the Jeep Jamboree.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience with Rick and Jerod today. Looking for my sons first car and they made the process easy while giving us a lot of good information and advice. They seemed to genuinely listen to our needs and offer helpful guidance. Would recommend working with them!

My experiences over the last 3 weeks with this business has been nothing but great. Originally started when I brought my jeep patriot in with major electrical issues. Right from the beginning they have been polite, patient and accommodating. Ended up having to get a new to me car (used) since repairs would have likely been more than the value of the car. The used car sales manager was fabulous. He was up front honest \\u0026 always willing to try and do the best for me as a customer. Got my newer car and 2 weeks later had temp issues with radiator. They got me right in and took care of all of it. Each dept I have had interactions with has been nothing but courteous. Excellent customer service all the way down the line. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience! I needed all the fluids in my truck changed but I instructed them to leave the oil a quart low so I could put in an additive on my own. I emailed the request, and I confirmed with Katie verbally upon pickup that my request had been honored...Nope. Got home to put in the additive and there was no room. Took the truck back to have them extract the quart. It only took 90 more minutes of my life to get that done. Along the way they unplugged the lamp under the hood and my aftermarket electric side steps, which may have been necessary but lackadaisical not to plug them back in. They also didn't reset the computer after the oil change. Part 2 Same visit, I had a parking/bumper sensor go out. Over $600 to find and replace the problem. Now I have 7 silver sensors on the truck and one black. All in all I absolutely don't trust this place and will avoid it at all costs, including going to a Dodge dealer out of town.

Writing negative reviews is not something I like to do however this experience has made it necessary. The car needed Mopar parts so I took my 2018 Fiat 500 Turbo to Dick's CJDR in Wilsonville on May 08, 2023, for an oil change because the Ron Tonkin Alfa Romeo/Fiat dealership, yes, the dealership, could not figure out how to screw the underplate back on correctly among other problems. This was expressed when I spoke with the service person at Dick's. Imagine my disappointment when the exact same sound came from my car the next day after taking it to Dick's! Yet again, putting the underplate back on correctly seemed to be a mystery to them as well. I also needed a tire rotation as the car had 12,000 miles on it ... but was that done? No.Will I go back to Dick's? No. Am I am looking for a service shop which can actually do the work correctly? Yes.It is interesting the people at Les Schwab Tires in Lake Grove were able to solve the problem both times as well as rotate the tires. And recommend a place for oil changes! I have gone to this Les Schwab for years and am always pleased with the stellar customer service from all the employees.

I wouldn't bother with this place, my husband went to take a look at a few trucks, currently weighing his options between different makes, the sales man Richard called the car we pulled up in a piece of garbage and asked if we were going to trade it in..... it's 2023 Acura Integra... definitely not garbage and not how you want to start your sale experience. Do yourself a favor, go to another dodge dealer I'm sure someone will value and respect you a lot more than this. Chevy here we come.

After being pretty upset with this dealership, I managed to collect myself and give them the benefit of the doubt. I understand things happen and patience is needed from all parties. However now a couple months later more things then not still are not fixed. I even had made an appointment to fix more things that suddenly went wrong right after diving away with the vehicle. Was completely willing to even pay for all of the needed fixes. Was thinking I would be getting my Jeep serviced here but will not be now.Very frustrating how it all fell apart today. Was put on hold saying they would be right back. After know one returned I drove back down there after just leaving I was still on hold. When I arrived. The guy who was supposed yo be helping me really was not helping me at all. He actually was driving around in someone else truck working with them , while I was on hold. This all transpired right after I spent 2 hours at the shop with nothing getting fixed.I’m need to find a reliable and knowledgeable dealership now to work with in the future.

Great customer care and options for transportation/accommodation. Labor is expensive but it's a dealership and you're paying for specific expertise. No problems so far with any of the work done through them. Recommend keeping an eye on the bill.

Quick response for the tow and service of my vehicle! Walking in I was unsure what to do, as three (assumed) attendants were helping others in paperwork. Once a customer service person appeared to have time, he asked what I needed. My Wrangler was washed and ready to go. I appreciate the quick service. And I understand it isn’t always easy to appear approachable when it is stressful.

Good treatment in service. Entrance to service kinda funky and no instructions where to pull up. I did have an 8:00 a.m. appointment and arrived early. Once inside I was greeted by an engaging young woman who took me right through the process. So you were good but take your perspective of a first time customer.

Terrible dealership. My car was in and out of this shop for about 8 months because they never took the time to fix it right the first time. Paid for so many parts that were unnecessary. While I did receive some discounts and they provided me rental cars sometimes it wasn’t worth it. They ignored my phone calls for progress updates for over a month at one point and Adam was extremely rude when I went to pick up my vehicle for the final time (hopefully). He guilts you into feeling bad for accepting a rental car that they absolutely should be providing due to not fixing it properly the first 3 times. During my last visit I felt so disrespected when he refused to start paperwork on my car until he saw the rental, and the milage and to make sure it was in one piece (of course it was returned in the same condition it was provided to me) and they refused any further help due to “the millions of miles of rental car coverage” that they assisted me with (not even close, clearly they just like to make you feel bad). Don’t come here, the manager will never call you, Adam is so rude, the front desk girl always promises you communication that you’ll never receive. Just go to another Jeep dealership, you’ll be better off and your car will be fixed right the first time unlike here. And let me leave off with saying this is the only negative review I’ve left in my life, and boy is it justified. This place is terrible.

Customer service was average at best. Initial customer service agent was helpful. However, the second agent seemed annoyed to be helping me. He seemed ill informed on my truck and the service I was requesting. He also was ill informed about the warranties still active on my truck and was going to charge me an inspection fee for an exhaust header leak inspection. Additionally, I was called midway through the service. I was told the brakes that I asked to be inspected were good and the squeal was due to the cold weather. However, later I was told that the service tech could not find my wheel lock keys and as a result couldn’t rotate my tires. This made me wonder if my brakes were actually inspected since the tires couldn’t be removed. Also, when I picked up my truck the check engine light was on. The first customer service agent I dealt with was there. He was helpful and read the codes. He explained them to me and reset all the codes. While investigating the check engine light the customer service agent learned from the service tech that my truck had to be jumped in order to get it out of the service bay. This “checking the brakes” without being able to remove the tires and having a check engine light on at the time of customer pickup screams a lack of attention to detail during the service. It makes me question the quality of service received. I suspect I won’t be back for future service.

I would say my experience here was average and I won’t go back ( I live in Beaverton so it was a trek). Glad they were able to fix my recall issue and get me into a loaner but filling the rental with 6 gallons of gas for 50 miles of driving…. 2022 Jeep gets 8MPG driving on the freeway?? I don’t buy it and when I asked the tech about it I was blown off. I also had some major sticker shock at the price of an oil change (over $80). The staff was friendly enough for it being the Friday before New Years. Thanks for everything.
